ULVA APARTMENT

Recent apartment on the ground floor of an old farmhouse completely renovated. <br>It consists of an entrance with two large storage cupboards and wardrobes.<br>A fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a large oven, a microwave oven, an extractor hood and everything you need (pots, pans, dishes to cook like at home)<br>The toaster, kettle and Nespresso capsule coffee machine will brighten up your breakfasts which can be enjoyed on the terrace on summer mornings with a view of the mountains.<br>The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin with a vanity, a washing machine and a hairdryer. <br>The second bathroom consists of a shower, sink and scale. <br>Towels and bath mats are provided. (one bath mat per bathroom, one large bath towel and one small bath towel per person)<br>The toilet is separate. <br>The first bedroom consists of a large bed 200x160, two windows as well as a bathroom with shower and two large cupboards; it is similar to a master bedroom. <br>The second bedroom has two separate beds of size 200x80 and a large closet. <br>Both are equipped with duvets, two pillows per person and bed linen provided (fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover).<br>The living room has a 3-4 seater sofa, an ottoman, an armchair and two coffee tables. <br>You can browse the Internet thanks to Wi-Fi or watch your series on Netflix thanks to the flat screen in the living room (Wi-Fi: code given on arrival for Netflix). Access is only possible with your personal access and account.<br>A long walk in the mountains? An intensive day of skiing, the sauna will give you pleasure, relaxation and well-being. <br>Outside, a wooden garden table and its wooden chairs will also allow you to recharge your batteries on the ground floor and even enjoy the large outdoor space with your children. <br><br>The apartment is ideally located. A shuttle bus serves the ski lifts: in winter, the stop is at the bottom of the stairs of the apartment.<br>Geneva airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away by car at a distance of 88 km.<br>The centre of Saint Gervais is 6 minutes' drive away at a distance of 3 km.<br>Saint Gervais le Fayet Train Station is a 12-minute drive away at a distance of 7 km.<br>Megève is 12 minutes' drive away at a distance of 8.5 km.<br>Chamonix is a 32-minute drive away at a distance of 26 km.<br>Annecy is 1 hour 05 minutes away by car at a distance of 89 km.<br><br><br>
