Oceanfront Condo - Fantastic Views, Beautiful Furnishings!

The Best of Both Worlds! A great get-away beach destination located in a cozy island town, only a short drive (ten miles) from historic Charleston. Folly Beach is the closest beach to downtown Charleston.

Folly is a beach town with a laid back island charm. It is known by its residents as the 'Edge of America.' It is a family beach community with undeveloped parks on either end of the island and a newly enlarged recreational boat landing on the Folly River.

The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are condominiums centrally located on Folly Beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our non-smoking, three bedroom, three bath unit has a direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic and the Folly Beach fishing pier. We have just completed a major renovation to upgrade to a luxury style accommodation. It has a beautiful beach cottage decor with antique heart pine floors, and travertine or tile in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all new cabinets with granite countertops. The bath vanities are all new with stone, marble or granite countertops. We are pleased with the outcome, and we think you will be too. We have quality furnishings throughout to include quality bedding and mattresses, in our efforts to provide attention to detail for a comfortable and clean accommodation. Pets are not allowed. No smoking. High speed wireless internet is available.

Charleston/Folly Beach is a great year-round vacation destination. It is truly the best of both worlds. You can relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of the beach, such as nature walking and watching the sunset. Or, just a short drive away, you can enjoy all the history, culture, and fine dining downtown Charleston has to offer.

Terrific week at Folly!

Great condo with breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. Everything as advertised. Beautiful furnishings, updated appliances and amazing water pressure in the showers— all the special touches that make our beach week great. Kim was an attentive host. We will definitely return! Beautiful Beach Condo!

Best getaway for a girls’ trip!

What a beautiful, comfortable condo! Kim leaves no stone unturned for her guests! We stayed 4/4-4/8 and the weather was beautiful! This is our 2nd year staying at this condo for our annual girls’ trip and it won’t be our last! Kim, thanks for making sure everything is perfect! You & Gigi go above and beyond! Perfect Vacation Spot

Can't say enough positive things about our stay at this condo. The condo is absolutely beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Location is perfect - the view from the unit and balcony is just gorgeous. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. Oceanfront with beautiful views! Not enough seating in the den. Shower floors were dirty. And we spent too much vacation time waiting on the ONLY elevator! No bathrooms at pool area!

Had a great beach vacation

This condo was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation - swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, sit on the balcony. (There was also a pool). Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Very comfortably appointed condo. We had a lovely week.

Awesome beach view

This condo is absolutely stunning. Clean, well furnished with the best beach decor and comfort. Minutes to beach, pool and local fare. The view from the second floor looking out over the ocean was awesome. Wish I would have booked for a month!!! Kim was always available for any issues (didn’t have any issues) and Gigi had the place sparkling on our arrival. If you are looking for the perfect beach location THIS IS IT. We will be back!!

Beach Time

We really Enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view of the beach is very nice from the patio. We spent a lot of time sitting there and watching people on the beach. We also did a lot of walking on the beach. We also went to the park on the sound end to watch sunsets which were very pretty. The condo is well equipped and worked very well for us. We spent some time sitting on the beach and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available to us. There were also some other beach toys for people with younger kids.

Perfect place for an OG Getaway

Having been to Folly many, many times to vacation with my family, this was no doubt one of the best trips & best places to stay! Kim is an amazing host, leaving no stone unturned when it came to necessities! Condo is roomy, comfortable, well stocked, and provides the BEST oceanfront view. This was an all girls' trip to celebrate a special birthday and we will be back to stay at this condo again! Thanks providing us with a perfect place to relax & enjoy our OG getaway!

Why they chose this property

We chose a place at Folly as it seems more like a vacation spot to us, since we live on the other side of the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Folly beach, and the ability to walk to restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy being right on the ocean, to sit and listen to the waves from the balcony. One guest described it best, as being on a cruise ship. The view is constant, whether you are on the beach or in the condo, you never lose sight of the ocean.
