This was our first time staying at Folly Beach and we can’t wait to go back!This condo was excellent as it provided plenty of room for our family of four. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the beach. Also the location could not be beat. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Maryann was also very helpful. She answered questions promptly and provided suggestions for restaurants which made our visit even more special.

Everything was excellent! The condo was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and smelled good. Loved having a Keurig and quality cookware! The host was super-friendly and attentive but not overbearing. We hope to be able to rebook next time we visit Folly Beach!

Maryann was the best host we've ever had, she made sure from check in to check out that everything was going well. The condo was excellent from cleanliness to the perfect location. Walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. The ocean view and the 2 pools made our trip even more memorable. Me and my sister and our daughters all agree this is our spot to go to. The condo was perfectly located, clean and comfortable, and host was responsive and super nice. Extra special perk was being right beside the fireworks show for 4th of July! Watched from the balcony. A wonderful vacation!

Location was perfect! Right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. Both pools were nice, one was more kid friendly. Overall condo was clean but bathrooms were dated. Guest rooms are snug. The condo deck was great for morning coffee and sunrises. Would stay again!

When we checked in the owner said the sink in not working. No big deal but the counter top was broken. Not a good place for the money.

Thanks for your comment.. The previous tenant broke the faucet and it was replaced with a new one quickly. The counter top is not broken it is 2 pieces.

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. Although the condo does need a bit of a refresh/TLC in the kitchen and front bedrooms, it was very clean and the host's communication was excellent. Also, the HVAC system seemed to have some trouble as the condo felt damp and on the warmer side, especially in the front bedrooms when the doors were closed, which did make sleeping a challenge and the carpet smelled musty. However, there were some extra fans, which helped a bit. Overall, it was a great week and we would return.

Thank for your comments--the ac is new. In Chas especially on the beach the humidity is 100 per cent. So when doors are left open it takes a long time to remove the humidity up to 24 hours. Better to leave the doors closed if you want no humidity---i am assuming all the vents were open in the bedrooms to allow air flow. I will check that! The appliances in the kitchen are new ----Most of the units have the same Kitchen floor plan. Each bedroom has a different decor. Pictures are online when looking for specific decor. Thanks for staying.

Great Vacation Place

Condo was clean and very well stocked. Excellent view and beautiful beach. Lots of good restaurants and a local market within walking distance. Gated property with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.
