About this property
Villa vue Panoramique sur la mer
Villa with sea panorama. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a sea view. The kitchen is open to the living room and opens onto a nice balcony facing the sea where you can have breakfast or an aperitif with a splendid view. There is also a sloping garden where you will have access (not recommended for fragile people and young children) and parking is free on the street. The house is located in a very quiet area (electric shutters and double-glazing), and 5 min walk from the funicular which is free to access and takes you to the lower town where you will find a plethora of restaurants and shops, the port, the lighthouse, the casino and the beach. The house is equipped with a SENSEO machine for coffee and some games for children. The balcony is equipped with a small table with 2 chairs with cushions that you will find in the kitchen cupboard. On the cliff you will enjoy an absolutely sublime view. Sheets and towels are included. We provide basic groceries (salt, pepper, herbes de provence, oil and vinegar). Near the town of Le Tréport you can reach on foot or by car or bike (there is a cycle path on the quai du Tréport) the listed town of Mers-les-Bains with a very pretty beach. The Bay of the Somme is also magnificent to visit. In Eu, you will find the collegiate church where William the Conqueror married Mathilde. Many activities are nearby: Picarvie museum, Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme with its ramparts, Le Crotoy with the magnificent Bay of Somme, the tour of the 3 sister cities by little train, cinema, Bagatelle amusement park etc. Twice a week there is the market where you can find local produce and fruit and vegetables, cheese etc. There is a bowling alley and a cinema for rainy days, a minigolf course (the oldest minigolf in France in Mers-les-Bains dating back to 1952), and many supermarkets in the surrounding area (Leclerc, Auchan, Intermarché, Lidl).

We have had a very pleasant stay in Le Tréport. The holiday home is well-equipped, clean, comfortably decorated, and - not to be forgotten - the beautiful view over the town and the sea.Very kind and friendly host, there was no problem to get in contact before and during our stay. Check in process was smooth.Tiny little thing to object: would be nice to see a picture of the whole balcony in description to get an imagination of its dimensions (smaller than we thought, also no sun shading). All in all, a very recommended holiday home. Enjoyed our time in Le Tréport and had a lovely stay at this house. Thank you. Overall rating: more like 4.5 than 4 stars.
