Moderna casa en el bosque, a 150 metros de la playa. Ubicada a 3 minutos del aeropuerto internacional y a 10 minutos del centro de Punta del Este. Terreno de 2000 m2 con pinos y variedad de vegetación. Zona tranquila y familiar con servicios cercanos.
Construcción nueva muy luminosa y amplia. Aire acondicionado y calefaccion en toda la casa. Grandes ventanales con vista al bosque y al mar. La casa esta construida con alta calidad y detalles de terminación.
La construcción se compone por una casa principal de dos plantas en planta baja cuenta con living comedor , cocina y toilette y en planta alta dos dormitorios, terraza con excelente vista y dos baños completos con bañera. Aparte hay otra construcción separada con dos dormitorios y un baño con ducha.
La casa es de alta calidad al igual que todos sus componentes y accesorios con excelentes terminaciones y buenas ventanas. Decoración moderna y calida.
WiFi, parrillero con zona techada y mesa exterior para 8 personas, aire acondicionado frio calor en todos los ambientes, TV, AppleTV, parlantes, cocina moderna equipada, alarma, gran area para estacionamiento.

La Uruguaya

Lovely glass house, with privacy and within walking distance to the beach. Easy access to Punta and Montevideo. Great for a biking/hiking base. Loved it.

The great reviews don’t even do it justice

In no particular order - spacious and comfortable, amazing sunlight, great views, heer the ocean pretty much ALL THE TIME. Luciana, the owner, is so wonderfully responsive and helpful before you arrive and again while you are there. Access to housekeeping, laundry, and child care if needed. Short walk to the most perfect beach. Ocean park is much more relaxed than all the towns to the east and west. So, you have a peaceful neighborhood and easy access to all the fun restaurants (best of both worlds). We highly recommend this house and this particular area. You will love it. Please don’t book it when we want it ; )

We left the holiday apartment a day early. We didn't like it there at all. The whole house is in a desolate state. It's dirty and so untidy everywhere. Everything stinks and smells musty. Nothing was clean, everything is dirty. Curtains, furniture, kitchen with dishes, fridge, bedroom, bathroom... simply everything. We expected a lot more for the price we paid. It's simply outrageous to ask so much for this house. The pictures of the house advertised do not reflect reality. We will definitely not recommend the holiday apartment to anyone.

Harold abandoned the house opened, doors wide opened, with the alarm system off, completely neglected. They used the inside furniture outside and made it rotten. We kindley asked them not to do so but they kept doing it. This guest complains about dirt on his review but didn't say anything to us during his long stay even though he personally saw our staff during his stay. So it makes me wonder why he would stay for a week in such a terrible condition for him if all of his issues could be simply solved!! All of our previous guests give us five stars reviews. In years I never hosted such neglective people.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. It is a quick walk to a lovely beach. The area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. Everyone was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. One thing to note is there is no microwave. We had a hard time getting the TV to work but we didn't try very hard because we were busy outside. I would stay here again.

Construi esta casa yo misma para disfrutarla junto a mi familia y poder compartirla mediante alquileres. Es un entorno privilegiado, muy natural y tranquilo. La playa es perfecta para ir con ninos y esta muy cerca. Tambien se pueden hacer paseos por el bosque y visitar el arroyo El Potrero.
Ocean Park es muy tranquilo y a la vez cerca de todo!

La casa tiene un diseño unico, muy en contacto con la naturaleza. Los detalles de terminacion y decoracion estan muy bien cuidados. Tambien es muy amplia como para albergar hasta 8 personas comodamente, con muchos baños y dormitorios.
