Lovely rental 30 days or more for quaint quiet roomy home over 1600 square feet with complete privacy fence surrounding the property making it safe for pets. Has covered deck in back with hot tub. Backyard faces beautiful shady cemetery that many locals use for biking and walking on its many paved roads. Great restaurants within walking distance in the small town of Versailles. Property is located on Kentucky’s famous bourbon trail and 10 minute drive to famous Woodford reserve. Also 10 minute drive to Keene land race course and Lexington airport. Property great for travel RN’s just 20 minutes from UK hospital. Close to Kentucky horse park and Chandler UK hospital making Red Roof Bungalow a good place for students, medical professionals or working veterinary practitioners and their families.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn down hot tub to 90 degrees, make sure cover is on at all times when not in use. Hot tub murky? Add 1/2 cup of pool bleach, 1/2 cup of vinegar! Don’t use supplies on metal rack in utility room.

Close all gates to property. Make sure security system is activated. Place keys back in lock box located outside inside fence gate. If you brought an extra pet leave $30 in pet jar.

We are not responsible for unforeseen accidents that may happen during your stay including death. Use of hot tub and all amenities offered you use at your own risk and owner holds no responsibility.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Before departing at end of your stay please take trash out and place in receptacle. Wash dirty dishes and leave in sink to dry. Turn on security

Place dirty towels on floor in utility room, no need to make or strip beds. AC to 82 in summer, 60 in winter. Shower before hot tub keeps it clear.

Pick up after your pet in backyard. If there’s a second pet leave extra 30$ feet in pet jar provided in kitchen.

This is an old home with front living room gas logs and a back bedroom cozy gas heater. The backyard is completely private and faces a beautiful stately old cemetery that many locals use for walking, even biking on its many paved paths.
