Great location for lots of activities—Old Friends Farm for retired thoroughbred race horses —Kentucky Horse Park (we went to a polo match)—Keeneland Race Track—nice selection of restaurants in Georgetown, Versailles, and Midway in addition to LexingtonThe cottage was clean and comfortable—quiet and relaxing.Elizabeth (Gussie) was very helpful and extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We enjoyed our stay (18 nights) and will stay there again when the opportunity comes along.

Gussie's little cabin was very clean and well kept. I see why she has 10 out of 10 stars! She was so welcoming when we arrived and answered any questions we had and good suggestions for restaraunts near by. It was so quiet and relaxing there, which is what we wanted. We drove around and admired the beautiful horse farms and scenery. If your looking for a relaxing and peaceful time, and you love horses, then this is absolutely the place to stay. The Horse Park is very close as well as other farms and wineries you can visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute little cabin in the heart of Bluegrass Horse Country. The owner, Gussie, met us as we drove in and showed us around the place. There were sufficient amenities to make our stay comfortable, and we were happy to take advantage of the snack basket! The location is beautiful and very quiet. Loved the outdoor shower! We found it convenient to everything we wanted to do, including "horse" stuff, many bourbon distilleries, and good food in both Georgetown and Lexington.Would definitely stay again! Thank you Gussie and Bill!

We loved that this was pet friendly, and we were in a secure area with a gated fence and private lovely land. It was very quiet with a very comfortable bed, pillows and AC unit. The outdoor shower was a lot of fun!

The most intimate, quiet and beautiful place to stay in the Kentucky horse country. If you would like solitude for 2 or just yourself, like I did, its perfection. I cant wait to return!

Such a peaceful lovely place! And the location could not be any better for attending any function at the KHP! Town was very close as well yet it is pure tranquility. We were able to bring our dog. The set-up was so cute.

Wonderful Place
