I am the granddaughter of G.C. and Marie Colliver, this was the residence my grandparents renovated in the early 1970's into their personal home. My grandfather was multi talented, a welder, a builder and a farmer.
Passionate of Thoroughbreds he rebuilt the farm in the early 80's for my business. Boarding and raising many very successful Thoroughbreds.
Over the years we have had many guest visit the property, the decision was made to share the area and property with others.

Why they chose this property

Family owned farm just off the beaten path of major interstates and hwys.
Mere minutes from Downtown Lexington, Paris, Georgetown and Winchester.
Beautiful scenery, nestled among world famous Thoroughbred Breeding Farms.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing environment, walking on the farm and petting the horses, or enjoying one of the two porches. Views of horses from back porch with beautiful KY sunrises and sunsets.
