We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this outstanding property! It was roomy enough to accommodate our family members and dogs, without feeling crowded. Kitty has done everything to make the place feel like home: ample seating, well stocked kitchen, beautiful linens and charming artwork. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking, while being convenient to downtown attractions. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this is truly one of the best, we highly recommend it!

Simply wonderful! This is a great house in a great neighborhood. The house is warm and cozy with lots of places to sit and relax as well as to gather with friends and family. Very nice remodel with updated appliances and fixtures. The decorations throughout contribute to the charming feel. The backyard is perfect for your furry family members. We stayed here for the weekend while visiting our daughter who attends UK. This home was in a great location, close to the university and tons of restaurants. We were able to have our dog with us since it is pet-friendly. It really felt like we were at our home away from home!

This house was clean and adorably decorated. We made dinner "at home" each night and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard/garden is done really well and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for our family of 5. Great book collection too!
