Updated condo! Everything is BRAND NEW including all the furnishings! Large open condo on top floor! New everything including kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, flooring, bathroom and includes a full size washer/dryer! No carpet, all hardwood = hypoallergenic! The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to cook and enjoy the new appliances. All new towels, linens and bedding make it easy to move in without having to worry about bringing anything with you. Large windows allow sunlight to brighten your day, while being on the top floor allows complete privacy from the world below. Enjoy your large, private balcony that includes a cute sitting area with chairs and a table! No neighbors above (this is a top floor unit) or below you (storage only) and the staircase to the unit is private and only shared by 2 other units! This neighborhood is quaint and established and is home to everyone from families, the retired and "up and comers".

Nicely renovated condo

I stayed here for 30 days and found it to be just what I needed while I got settled in the area. It’s newly remodeled and well appointed for an extended stay. The host was communicative and checked in several times during my stay.

I found myself needing a longterm place to stay for a while, this cute condo was exactly what I needed! It's super quiet, peaceful and had everything I needed! Sarah was fantastic at communicating and checking in on me - thank you for making me at home there!

Friendly owner and good communication

Sarah was very proactive in making sure my stay was comfortable. I never heard neighbors (and being top floor above storage helps with that!) though it should be noted that the place does have window units as opposed to central HVAC, so A/C was a bit louder when I was running it. I don’t think this is terribly uncommon in Denver, and I was there during a heat wave so probably had to use the window units more than usual. It was a nice touch having the cleaners come during the middle of my month stay.
