Two TV's for relaxing and dining room table that can seat 4. Steps away from Belmar Park and recreational activities. Views of neighbors with horses and an equestrian ring at the end of the street. Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave sheets on the bed and we will remove them. Put all dirty towels in the blue basket in the bedroom closet.
Take out the trash and recycle, place in the blue bin on the east side of the main house, near the black steel entry gate.
Close and lock all windows and exterior door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The backyard is not intended for use with this unit. If you have pets please keep them on a leash and visit the park at the end our street.
Use of the workout space is at your own risk.
