Single-storey house with swimming pool and 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered offering a breathtaking sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
The resort of porticcio with its beach and shops is located 20 minutes walk from the house.
The house dates from the 1970s and has the charm of the old but the furniture is new as well as the exteriors (swimming pool, terrace and garden)
The bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 memory foam beds, a built-in cupboard and a silent freestanding fan. The sofa and 1 single bed located in the living room offer 2 additional beds

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété fidèle aux photos et description. La vue est extraordinaire, la piscine très agréable, l'emplacement au calme et proche des commerces. Nous avons pu passer d'excellentes vacances avec notre chien.
