About 30 minutes from the Chablais (Thonon, Evian, beaches of Lake Geneva...), 30 minutes from the centre of Annecy by the motorway and 15 minutes from Geneva. Hiking in the Voirons 10 min. Annemasse SNCF train station 15 minutes away and Geneva Airport 30-45 minutes away. Annemasse agglomeration bus stop 200m away.
Ideal for family or small group stays. Village with all amenities: supermarket 5 min walk (SUPER U), bakery, pizzeria, restaurants (including a gastro restaurant). Access to the cycle path of the greenway of Greater Geneva 5 minutes by bike and to the river Menoge.

House of about 90m2 with garden comprising: 1 living/dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 loggia, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 3 bedrooms for a total capacity of 6 people and possibility of an additional young child.
The accommodation is totally available. We live next door so will be available for any advice or help during your stay if you need it.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, filter coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom with bathtub and double sink as well as a washing machine available. 3 bedrooms with 140x190 bed and built-in wardrobes.
Access to the complete garden, shaded terrace with table, garden chairs and charcoal barbecue.
Parking possible for up to two cars in front of the house and another in the path.
Baby equipment available on request at no extra charge: travel cot, high chair, small bathtub.
Pets and smokers are not allowed inside the house.
We rely on our guests to sort waste. The necessary is available in the accommodation.
The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning costs, but also to the provision and washing of household linen.
A cutler craftsman occupies the garage adjoining the house. His activity is discreet and will not disturb you during your stay. He will be happy to show you his trade and his creations if you wish.
