Beautiful House on the Lake

The villa is located within a very nice area close torestaurants.The house is very nice for a family, right at the lake with a beautiful garden.We would stay there again without question.

Fantastic, family-friendly vacation

Arranging the reservation went as planned, with no hiccups or unexpected problems. The owner increased communication appropriately as the reservation date approached to ensure we had everything we needed and to highlight the features and amenities that made our vacation that much more memorable. Key pick-up couldn't have been easier. The house and locale were perfect. We celebrated our ten-year anniversary there and couldn't have asked for a better place. Many thanks to the owner for helping make our trip so great. Without a doubt, we'll be back.

L'emplacement en bord de lac nous a immédiatement plongés dans l'ambiance vacances. Repas face au lac tous les jours, quelle chance !Le domaine de Coudrée est très agréable avec son bois, et ses grandes allées qui permettent de courir ou faire du vélo pour les plus petits. Plage privative agréable aussiLa maison est spacieuse, pas spécialement luxueuse mais très agréable et bien équipée pour la vie familiale

un rendez-vous manqué

Ce gîte a de très beaux atouts :très lumineux, chambres spacieuses,salon cosy, situation exceptionnelle . Et pourtant nous avons été déçus par notre séjour : pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, pas de guide pratique ( utilisation des appareils ménagers, du wi-fi, poubelles...) . les placards et armoires sont mal rangés. on y trouve des objets divers qui n'ont pas leur place : chaussons d'enfants, panière avec pansements divers et brosse à cheveux très sale, médicaments dans les tiroirs à couverts de la cuisine...Il serait aussi utile de faire un tri dans ce que laissent les locataires précédents : une vingtaine de bouteilles diverses plus ou moins entamées, des sachets de biscuits ouverts...la couette était douteuse et le freezer pas nettoyé. A noter que pour le prix, certains éléments de vaisselle pourraient être changés.Toutes ces négligences ont ternies notre séjour pourtant très prometteur.

Un emplacement remarquable

La maison est idéalement située aux pieds du lac, tout près du petit port de plaisance de Sciez : c’est vraiment très plaisant d’assister au réveil du lac le matin et de descendre par l’échelle pour aller nager Par ailleurs, la maison est située dans un domaine boisé, calme. Plusieurs restos de bonne qualité proches de la maison, et club de voile (ultra accueillant) auquel on peut se rendre à pieds. Seul bémol : L’aménagement de la maison gagnerait à être modernisé et « upgradé »

tres bel emplacement

tres bel emplacement face au port de sciez. environnement calme dans une proprieté securisée. maison agreable. Seul petit bémol, une autorisation de passage dans le jardin en bord du lac pour des raisons de securité; que fort heureusement , peu de personnes utilise.

Vacances de rêves !

Nous avions l'impression d'arriver dans notre maison. Venant régulièrement dans la région depuis...75 ans mon rêve d'enfant s'est réalisé. Une maison au bord du lac avec accès direct. (pas facile à trouver pour un prix raisonnable !). Paysage magnifique sur la montagne et la lac à 180 degrés. Terrain-parc de 2600 mètres. Le matin lever de soleil sur Thonon, le soir un festival de couchers de soleil sur le Jura. Jacques, le propriétaire : "Faites comme chez vous" ! Sympa ! Nous avons apprécié en plus la bouteille de Crépy (vin du pays) dans le frigo pour notre arrivée. Nous étions chez un "ami". Paddle, vélos, hamac, mobilier de jardin etc... Tout pour être heureux ! Les enfants et petits enfants ont profité au maximum et dans l'eau à des heures impossibles. Jacques s'était arrangé avec la météo. Beau temps pendant tout le séjour pour tous les repas sous un grand arbre. Super ce Jacques ! Nous avons arrosé les plantes, mis une vis qui était partie à une poignée etc...De plus la boite à outils était malicieusement ouverte dans le garage "comme chez nous ! ". Maison confortable pour de bonnes vacances. La Normandie nous attendait, sans Crépy et ...avec la pluie. Merci Jacques. Alain et sa famille

Week end dans le Chablais

Lieu très reposant ,nous avons pu profiter de cette endroit magnifique .la maison est bien agencé et très agréable . Le lac et les montagnes autour c'est le rêve ! Je recommande aussi les restaurants où les filets de perche sont une merveille.

Dommage très bon potentiel mais installation vétuste qui manque d’entretien et de propreté

Comme dit plus haut c’est vraiment dommage la maison et l’environnement ont un très fort potentiel surtout pour un propriétaire de bateau qui aime le lac Léman comme moi mais malheureusement l’entretien général et la propreté des lieux est très médiocre. les installations sanitaires, le mobilier et le barbecue sont plus que vétustes et à ce tarif là on a atteint une certaine catégorie socioprofessionnelle qui est en attente de mieux que cela même si on s’attend pas au dernier cri et à un logement neuf … mon épouse a été très déçu et s’attendait à beaucoup mieux parce que nous connaissions le domaine de la Coudray et les demeures qui y sont construites.

Superbe endroit

La situation est parfaite le seul soucis c'est les gens qui lavent leurs bateaux ont y a eu droit tout le week-end et non stop!!! Ume pelouse joliment tondu aurait été plus agréable. Mais tout était quand même parfait! Merci
