Beautiful house in the heart of downtown, 100 m from the thermal baths and 300 cable cars, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for 2 families, thanks to its enclosed garden, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 levels, the large living room. Separate functional kitchen, utility room, large shed in the garden (skiing).


House on 3 levels: the ground floor a kitchen, a living room comfortable and spacious overlooking the garden, with laundry and toilet; the first floor 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a sofa surperposé, a toilet and a bathroom; second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a second with two surperposés beds.
