Cozy Garage Apartment near Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Radford, Va.

This cozy apartment is only 7 miles from Va Tech and near the New River Mall, Walmart, and many restaurants.
There is a full kitchen , and clothes washer and dryer.
Coffee, sugar, and Creamer provided.
Its very close to bike trails and the New River. There is also a 27' Cherokee RV available to rent for larger groups. It sleeps 4. I also rent cabins and RVs on the New River near the Big Falls Rapids 12 miles from Va Tech.
Great tubing, fishing, kyacking, hiking etc. There are many hiking trails locally.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Cool little apartment with lots of room; owner mentioned he was working on additional upgrades and renovations, will have to return and see. Convenient to get into Blacksburg as it's on Peppers Ferry rather than on the way from VT to the highway.

Smaller than I thought and only has one bed. Good location and Chase was super nice. A bit cluttered but sounds like that's due to work at another location

Easy and Cozy, Perfect for a VT Football Weekend

Chase was great. Communication was top-notch. The space is cozy, clean, and as described. Farm-fresh eggs in the morning really hit the spot. I would definitely stay again.

Great location with great host

We stayed here for weekend for a visit to tech, the location was close enough and convenient. Host was very accommodating. Bring earplugs is my one recommendation it is right on the road so loud at night.
