Come enjoy Blacksburg from one of the best neighborhoods in town. Easy walking distance to downtown, VT campus, grocery stores, golf courses and local restaurants, bars and distilleries. Start the day off with coffee from the indoor/outdoor porch and BBQ in the large, private backyard in the evening. There’s lots of space for everyone (pets too!) to experience the New River Valley from this classic Blacksburg Cape home.

Please note, we kindly request a 2 night minimum for all bookings and require a minimum of 3 nights for weeks during major graduations.

This might be the best place we have rented. From the excellent communication with the owners to the perfect location to the nicely laid out home we were able to celebrate our daughter's graduation comfortably. The owners even left us champagne, glasses, decor, snacks and VT koozies to help us celebrate. I give this whole experience an 11 out of 10!!
