Atypical detached house, fully fenced and renovated in 2024, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Pont-Aven.

Quiet accommodation, in a cul-de-sac, with covered terrace and garden, parking space.

On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee makers, kettle, toaster... and provision of a washing machine. Direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, and an outdoor terrace with deckchairs.
The kitchen is open to a living room with TNT TV, orange decoder, wifi, sofa, coffee table, table of 4 with extensions to eat up to 6 people, board games, books, magazines and tourist leaflets, as well as a toilet and a storage room.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a king size bed, a chest of drawers, a TNT TV, toys and children's books.
A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a chest of drawers, a TNT TV, possibility of adding an extra bed or a travel cot on request.
On the landing, a toilet and a bathroom with bath-shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, towels available.

The accommodation is fully fenced and equipped to receive children and babies with travel cot, deckchair, high chair, bath chair, potty, toilet reducer, safety barrier ect ...

NB: the beds will be made for a comfortable arrival, towels provided.
The ceiling height of the shower may be less comfortable for people over 1m85 tall because it is under the eaves.

Private parking space and free parking near the accommodation.

Working during the day, arrivals and departures are self-sufficient but if you wish I can come and meet you in the evening.

Please let me know when you book the configuration chosen for the beds (single beds to be transformed into King size, need for an extra bed or a travel cot...)
