Beautiful and modern, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is a perfect place for your stay here in Hawaii. The house is in a quiet and private gated neighborhood. Located just a few minutes outside Downtown Kona, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shopping and fun. Complete with central air conditioning and a private in-ground pool, this home has everything to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. Peek-a-boo ocean views are from the living room and master bedroom.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and oven with lots of amenities for your enjoyment.

Relax on the couch in the living room in front of the large, flat-screen, smart TV and enjoy any of your personal streaming services.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV connected with an AppleTV device to access streaming services. There is also day bed for younger children who want to sleep in the same room.

The first guest bedroom has a king-sized bed as well, with its own TV and AppleTV device. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

The home has a garage with space for one vehicle.

A month without snow
Large well manicured property. Good size pool with shallow shelf that is great for small kids. Large dining area and big living room. The entire home is on one level which was great for our mobility challenged mother. Big well equipped kitchen as well. Large bedrooms with a massive master and ensuite. We spend several hours a day in the pool. There is a nice neighbourhood to walk around and easy access for walking to downtown. It is about a 7km return walk but the Kona trolley stops a short walk from the house on the main drag. We found the overall condition of the home good at this time but it is starting to show wear and I will be curious to see if it is kept up. We had a party of 5 adults and it was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again at this time. We also used the beach gear that was there. They had loads of chairs, boogie boards a cooler and other items that made a day at the beach awesome.
