Close and easy walking distance to pool, spa, children's pool and fitness room. Easy walk to the beach right across the street! Located in the lower area of the complex. No walking up or down a steep drive where some other units are.
Townhome style floorplan with no one living above or below. Open design with stylish finishes and very well maintained. One bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs with oversized shower. Gourmet kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar with three swivel chair bar stools and new stainless steel appliances. Dining area with seating for six. Great room style living room with soaring ceilings. Fenced yard/lanai with ocean view. Storage closet includes six Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella's, snorkel gear, pool toys, fishing gear, beach bag. Patio furniture and barbeque.
Upstairs has an oversized master bed room suite, lanai with ocean view, high ceiling, walk-in closet, his& hers vanities. Guest bedroom, full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, new washer & dryer. PLUS an open Loft to relax in.
New flooring and window treatments. Custom oversized windows and doors.

Upon arrival guests are required to register with Resident Manager within 3 days. Providing names and ages of guests. This is for fire insurance compliance and access to pool area.
All guests to acknowledge and abide by the Alii Cove Homeowners rules and regulations. Alii Cove has a mandatory minimum 30 night stay.

A native from California who loves spending as much time as possible with family and friends in Kona. Love the beach, swimming and snorkeling, going on excursions around the Big Island and horse back riding at Na'alapa stables in Weimea.
