Cocoonr offers this charming 23 m² studio apartment for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a secure residence just a stone's throw from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A 14 m² living room with TV, sofa and a sleeping area separated from the living room by a screen, with a double bed (140×190) and a storage cupboard.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette, including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The studio is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 100 m away.

Activities:
Come and discover the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts and discover its beautiful sandy beach, 8 km long.
- Fun and sporting activities: cycling on the many cycle paths, horse riding, rollerblading, water sports at the water sports centre, fun activities in the forest at the Parée Jésus site, golf, mini-golf, marine thermal baths, fishing, cinema...
- A varied natural heritage. The dunes are rich in unique vegetation, and there are many organised walks to discover this ecosystem.
- You can enjoy your evenings at the Casino, just 500 metres from the residence!

Transport :
