Appartement super propre, très bien équipé et spacieux. La rue est très calme et proche du front de mer, estacade et commerces de l'avenue de la mer et le marché. Je n'ai pas eu de mal à me garer.Si la structure du bâtiment fait que c'est assez bruyant, les voisins sont calmes et respectueux, donc aucun problème. J'ai réservé assez tard, mais l'appartement était parfait.
