About this property

Luxury villa with pool and sea view for 8-10 people

The house has been tastefully built in the style of historic Istrian stone house. It has three bedrooms in the main house, each with private bath, a beautiful modern kitchen, 2 covered shady terraces, one of them a traditional Istrian 'Baladur'. There is also an additional building in the garden with bedroom and bathroom for groups of at least 9 persons (or for a small additional fee by arrangement with the owner). The interior is simple, tasteful and stylishly. You can stay all day at home and relax next to your own swimming pool. The house is equipped with central heating and therefore also suitable for winter stays.
