In the heart of Istria, in a peaceful and quiet village Kirci you will find the charming villa Sterna. Garden is spacious, with 700 sqm, large private pool, sunbeds, parasols, large outside dining table with a charcoal grill, and plenty of safe space for children.

The old majestic stone villa is newly refurbished, modernly and beautifully decorated. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large comfy sofa and a large screen tv. The entire interior is air-conditioned, and free WiFi is available. There is plenty of space for safe parking.

The supermarket is only a few minutes from the house, there are plenty of excellent restaurants all around, and the beaches are only 25 minutes with a car.

Wonderful house

Beautiful house with all necessaties present. Nice pool and outside sitting area with bbq. Quite location. We loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic time at Villa Sterna. The Villa was just as advertised and in a beautiful spot. The Villa was very spacious and the swimming pool and outside area was fab. All very clean and well kept. Thank you for a lovely stay and thank you for my birthday watermelon. We also highly recommend the quad bike tour to the waterfall and lagoon. Thank you!

Wonderful Istrian villa.

This villa was perfect for us and we could quite happily live there as it more of a home than a rental. Everything you could possibly need or want in beautiful surroundings. We visited so many stunning coastal areas as the villa is perfectly placed to go out and about. Spotlessly clean and a lot of thought put into what clients might need. Wonderful villa and wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Wonderful holiday

We had a glorious two week holiday here. It is remote ( very quiet and rural) so have to drive everywhere but good beaches and towns 35~40 mins away. Rovinj and Vrsar our favourites. House is very well presented and spotless with everything you need. Lovely barbecue area with sink by the pool. Very clean and well equipped. Worth noting just two a/c units one upstairs and one down, so fans in the bedrooms would have been good as they did get quite warm at night and we weren’t keen to leave windows open because of the bugs. Also the down stairs twin room has its own entrance so wouldn’t be suitable to leave young children there alone. Our teens were fine!! Fabulous restaurant in Beram ( 5 min drive) and Pazin nearby for great pizza and pasta and small bars. Good supermarkets 5 min drive. Thoroughly recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Great central location in beautifully restored property

The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The property description should state that only the common areas are heated & cooled. While the accommodations are very good we would suggest the following to make renters stay even more comfortable: written instructions for operating kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher operation is not self-evident); wifi is weak - install boosters; bedrooms need more clothes hangers in armoires (2 per room insufficient); add clothes hooks in bedrooms particularly in bedroom with only shelves in armour; add towel hooks in bathrooms (1 small hook in each is insufficient); wooden sticks/bars to hold shutters open to prevent banging and closing with the wind. We had numerous wasps in the kitchen - their entry point should be found and closed - the property manager stated that they probably entered when we opened the kitchen door and although we were careful and watched this was not our experience. We hope these suggestions are found to help make an excellent rental even better.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Anwesen

Das Haus mit Grundstück war sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, so dass das Wasser auch immer in einem super Zustand war. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad mit Dusche hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt, da man in 30- 40 Minuten mit dem Auto in Porec oder Rovinj ist. Wir hatten insgesamt einen super schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist toll und super ausgestattet. Anzumerken ist nur, dass eines der Schlafzimmer einen separaten Eingang hat und nicht von der Hauptwohnung aus zugänglich ist. Da wir zwei Familien mit recht jungen Kindern waren, war es erst mal schwierig die Zimmer aufzuteilen. Trotzdem waren wir zu 100% zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Nenad war top. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Quality time with friends

Wir hatten einen wundervolle,unkomplizierte Zeit in Beram, im Ferienhaus von Matteo. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas von ihm brauchte, sogar Holz für das all abendliche Feuer wurde geliefert. Das Haus mit dem umliegenden Areal bietet Platz und genügend Wohnraum. Sehr nett war das Gastgeschenk im Kühlschrank in Form von Wein und Käse. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!

Entspannter Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war super entspannend- niemand stört es wenn man auch mal Musik hört oder die Kinder etwas lauteren Spaß im Pool haben ! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist in allen drei Städten (Pula,Porec und Rovinj) relativ schnell 30min. Lidl und der lokale Supermarkt sind auch 3-5Min Fahrtzeit entfernt . Alle super nett und vorallem unkompliziert Fliegengitter für die Fenster evtl. mitbringen - Mücken und Skorpione besuchen sonst gerne das Schlafzimmer ;) Wunderbarer entspannter Urlaub - auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen !

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Sehr schönes Landhaus außerhalb von Pazin. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit wunderschönem Pool. Strandbesuche als Tagesausflug nach Pula, Porec oder Rovinj mit Anfahrtsweg von ca. 40 Minuten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die einen unkomplizierten Check-In und Check-Out ermöglicht hatten. Wurden sehr freundlich mit Hausschnaps, Schinken und Käse empfangen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit Toaster, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisk feriebolig

Vi havde fornøjelsen af at bo i denne skønne feriebolig sammen med vores 2 børn på 11 og 13 år. Der var alt, hvad vi skulle bruge i huset. Service, sengelinned, toiletpapir, håndklæder og så var der håndsæbe på alle badeværelser. Helt fantastisk, at der er badeværelser til alle værelserne. Lækker pool og overdækket terrasse med grill og ude køkken. Vi brugte det meste af tiden her. Boligen ligger tæt på indkøb og i fin afstand til oplevelser og havet. En virkelig sød vært som bor ved siden af og er til rådighed om nødvendigt. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Vi kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Super Urlaub

Rundum ein super Urlaub. Villa Šterna lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausstattung ist top. Betreuung vor Ort ebenfalls. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Meer sind es etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfekter Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben hier mit der Familie eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind wunderschön, die Lage sehr ruhig. Perfekt auch für eine Familie mit Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die zentrale Lage in Istrien erreicht man in ca . 45min mit dem Auto alle Städte und die Küste. In ca. 10min sind zwei große Supermärkte zu erreichen, wo alles für den täglichen Bedarf eingekauft werden kann. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch de lokale Markt im nahegelegenen Ort Pazin. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche! Das Ferienhaus hat uns begeistert! Toller großer Pool der immer sauber war, schöne Sitz- und Grillgelegenheit draußen und auch drinnen. Genügend Platz für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern. Hinter dem Haus gab es auch noch ein Netz für Feder- u.Volleyball, das ausgiebig genutzt wurde! Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großartig

Wir haben einen durchweg wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen und falls doch einmal ein Problem auftreten sollte, ist der Verwalter sofort vor Ort und hilft! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Aussenbereich mit dem Grill! Die Aufteilung für 3. Generationen war für uns perfekt! Alles war sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, die bei Bedarf ausgetauscht wurden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt! Wunderschöne Strände und Städte sind ebenfalls in ca. 25-45 Minuten erreichbar! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :) Vielen Dank auch für das leckere Obst, die Feigen und die Geschenke!

Toller Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, was aber kein Problem war, da wir mit dem Auto da waren. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam , die Betreuung vor Ort war wunderbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
