FLOORPLAN
⭐ Make yourself home in this one-bedroom condo with views of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort treeline. Inside, you will find a king bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the open-concept living room, we have included a smart TV sleeper sofa; our favorite retreat is on the balcony. The perfect place for a glass of wine! We have provided you with basic kitchen supplies to prepare your meals. If you want a break from the kitchen, enjoy the many restaurants steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

RESORT AMENITIES
⭐ Community pool, hot tub, and fitness room are available for your use. Please note the Grand Complex which includes Grand Sandestin, Bahia, Lasata and the Elation buildings, have gone to a Non-Smoking Policy. This includes all common areas such as building interiors, unit balconies and patios, exterior porticos and the entrances of buildings, the entire pool deck, the entire parking garage and lots 1 and 2. Non-smoking refers Vaping, E-cigarettes, Marijuana or any other form of smoking. Smoker's outposts are being moved to the outdoor Baytowne Wharf benches around the circle that connects the Grand Complex buildings.

LOCATION
⭐ During the summer, Baytowne Wharf is known for having many nighttime activities for all ages to enjoy. For the full resort experience, hop on the FREE Tram Service with multiple stops around the resort, making it even easier to get to the beach.

EXPLORE THE AREA
⭐ When you're done on the beach, head over to Baytowne Wharf, which offers more fun adventures and yummy treats -- Zip Line, Tower Climb, Paddleboards, Spa, Water sports, biking, tennis, fishing, and a wide variety of restaurants. Oh, and don't forget about golf! The area has four amazing golf courses within minutes. Burnt Pines Golf Club – Deemed the “Crown Jewel of Florida Golf” by Golf Magazine and recognized as one of the “Top 30 Courses in Florida” by Golf Digest and Golfweek. The Links is named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida by Florida Golf News. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive resort. You must pay for additional usage to watersport rentals, the gym, golf, restaurants, food, activities, etc.

Nightlife? Of course! In Baytowne, you'll enjoy the sunset, food, drinks, and live music. During the summer, there are also spectacular fireworks displays every Tuesday.

Did I forget to mention shopping? Head to Grand Boulevard, where you can shop your heart away at Altar'd State, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, Lululemon, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, Kilwins, and many more. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, and town events (even a farmers market)!

PARKING
⭐ One unassigned parking spot is available per unit in the covered garage. If the reserved gated area is full, you must park in the Inspiration/Monarch overflow area. To access this shared garage, the Grand Complex has issued a registration process with a QR code and a $10.00 parking fee to be paid by the guest for the entire stay. You will receive more registration information after booking. The guard may ask to see your booking confirmation, so please have it printed off or easily accessible by phone.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides secure Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. Our Wi-Fi signals are not always optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

POOLS / GRILL / LAKE / COMMUNITY AMENITIES
⭐ There is a community pool in the courtyard. A code will be sent with your vacation door code. You can fish in any lake, but it is a catch-and-release. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/spa. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You cannot add anything to the pool/spa, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

GOLF CART
⭐ Please note that the resort does not allow outside rentals of golf carts, motorcycles, or scooters.

TRAM SERVICE
⭐ Sandollar Tram Service runs throughout the resort. As our guests, you can access the tram to the beach and several locations throughout the resort.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. The resort HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for resort grounds and amenities. The resort may have cameras throughout the area. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 a.m. CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. Please note the Grand Complex which includes Grand Sandestin, Bahia, Lasata and the Elation buildings, have gone to a Non-Smoking Policy. This includes all common areas such as building interiors, unit balconies and patios, exterior porticos and the entrances of buildings, the entire pool deck, the entire parking garage and lots 1 and 2. Non-smoking refers Vaping, E-cigarettes, Marijuana or any other form of smoking. Smoker's outposts are being moved to the outdoor Baytowne Wharf benches around the circle that connects the Grand Complex buildings.You will be charged a minimum $ 1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
