Enjoy private resort living in a professionally decorated private Villa just 7 minutes from famous Indian Rocks Beach, Madiera Beach, botanical gardens, and nature preserves! Newly renovated for maximum comfort, this 5500 sq. ft. Villa is the perfect place to celebrate and rejuvenate with friends and family. This beautiful main house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the detached Mother-in-law suite has a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room with 55in Tv. Features include an in-ground pool and hot tub, a game room, three living rooms, a half basketball court, yard games, and seven 55" smart TVs. The backyard is private and roughly the size of an NFL football field, accommodating all kinds of family fun in the sun.   

With your friends and family in mind, we recommend taking advantage of Florida's main attractions, like kayaking, fishing, swimming, botanical gardens, and the cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Beds: 9 queen and 2 King beds wrapped in Turkish cotton 410TC sheets (We use the same sheets and towels as the W Hotel in Miami)

*Pool/Spa Heater - Cleaning Tuesday and Friday

Pool/Spa heat is available at a cost of $30 per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat, the swimming pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees, Spa thermostat will be set to 103. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions, which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were gracious and welcoming from the first communication, and they were attentive and available during our stay. The house had tons of rooms for all of our family, and the spacious common areas meant lots of room for visiting, cooking, games, and hanging out! House is very nice. Lots of room for everyone. Bedrooms are big and beds are comfortable. Sink was clogged but Kai was prompt responding to issue and sent a plumber the next day. House is 3.5 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (beautiful beach with soft white sand). Definitely would stay again.

The house is a great size for a big family to have plenty of space. The game room & back yard was a hit with the kids. And we all loved the pool. I liked the updated decor and plush bedding. Overall the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed 10 days… it’s close to stores and beaches no problem getting what we wanted. There’s also plenty of parking, I also liked how private the location of the house is. It felt very homey. I would definitely recommend, Kai is also very informative and responsive.

Beautiful House

This house is beautiful. It's huge with plenty of room for our family of 11. Everyone was able to have their own bed. There were plenty of essentials including towels, both bath and pool. Wish I had know that ahead of time because we packed beach towels which take up a lot of room in luggage as we flew down to FL. We would stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

This beautiful home was the perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. Extremely spacious, fantastic for our friends and family to stay and celebrate. Plenty of parking, huge yard, swimming pool, game room. Kitchen and dining room were perfect!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family or group of friends.

Dental Team on leadership retreat

This house was perfect for our group! We were attending an event in St Petersburg and the drive was an easy 30 minutes. The house is beautiful and spacious and the highlight is definitely the huge back yard with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and of course the screened-in pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub is a bit complicated - we were sent very detailed instructions but still found ourselves confused and needed to reach out for help a couple times. The communication was quick and detailed which was greatly appreciated! Absolutely would stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Best VRBO experience yet!!

Surprisingly, the host’s excellent communication was one of the main highlights of this stay. Everything was so easy because I had all of my instructions early and would receive answers right away for any questions that I did have. The home is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our small 40 guest wedding! All of the guests were asking how we found this house and a few had me send them the info so that they could rent here in the future. Altogether a perfect house for any event or even to just vacation with friends and family!

The house itself was very clean, modern, and spacious. The pool area could use some TLC, and heating the pool was a bit unintuitive and cumbersome. Neighborhood was ok...some shacks, some really nice houses. Par for the course for Florida. Kai (owner) was attentive and helpful.

The house was perfect for our large group for spring break. There was so much space to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great! With just a short drive to the beach, the location was perfect. The yard was huge and offered everything from hammocking, to basketball/baseball, and campfires! Down the road, there is a park that was wonderful for walks and skateboarding! Both hosts were excellent at communication, answering all of our questions promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful week filled with fun! Thank you so much!

Beauty off the beaten path

An absolute beautiful home, kinda looked shady driving down the stone road to find the best looking house on the street. This house had everything we needed for our group. My now wife and I got this house for our wedding party and comfortably slept us all. We would all definitely stay there again. There were a few minor things “wrong” but nothing that affected our stay, just a few cosmetics that we didn’t know about. All in all this house was amazing from the layout to the backyard to the super comfortable beds. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Beautiful home, well equipped, clean, and spacious. Loved the pool area. Used it a ton. Responsive host. Didn’t love the neighborhood but found it convenient, easy access and close to beaches. 3 miles to 8 miles to various beaches. Mostly used Tiki Gardens parking lot, plenty of spaces, bathroom available, easy crossover to beach. Used Indian Rocks beach chair co to rent chair. They deliver and pickup, very good service. Overall stay in the house was excellent. Suited my large family very well.

A zip line, gracefully traversing above verdant bushes and across the sprawling expanse of the park-sized backyard, adds an exhilarating dimension to the retreat. Amidst the symphony of a heavy, intense rainstorm, we found solace in the embrace of the hot tub, indulging in the exquisite taste of fine single malt scotch. Meanwhile, the allure of cinematic delights beckoned the family, as each member selected their preferred movie from the array of TVs and nestled comfortably upon plush couches. Our stay, deserving of five stars, was elevated by the culinary prowess of my discerning wife, who conjured magnificent home-cooked meals. I liked the home.

We enjoyed our stay but the house needs some attention. We walked in the front door and the first thing you see is the stair railing had been broke off by previous tenants. Leaving four holes in the wall and no handrail going up steep stairs on one side. The air conditioning worked well downstairs. Upstairs was unbearable all day all night. Our stay was the beginning of May average temperature was 70 to 85 . This should be fixed. Had this been mentioned in previous reviews that the five bedrooms upstairs were unbearable we probably would have made a different decision on choosing this home as more than half of the party suffered day and night in these hot bedrooms. We were asked to do odd things for instance take large covers off propane tanks reach our arm down take a picture of the gauge both when we got there and when we left. This sounds like a maintenance job to me not a guests job. We chose to not have the pool or Spa heated because the average temperature was going to be in the 80s we thought the pool would be warm enough and it was. However the property managers kept wanting us to mess around with the pool it would stop filtering and so they would tell us to go outside move this bar push this button turn this knob. Making us feel like we are maintenance people rather than guests. We did not want to do this. As if something happened or we push the wrong button or turned the wrong knob and damage something then it would be on us. Other than these complaints the house was nice had plenty of everything .Pots and pans could use some upgrading though I have to mention that.

July 2023 Stay

I am limited to 1500 characters, or I would go into more detail. The property is beautiful, centralized, and very quiet. The home was extremely spacious as we had close to 20 family members attend. It, however, had no toilet paper in it, we had to purchase that upon arriving. Here are the issues we faced, stemming from communications with the property management company. 1) We were offered an additional night (Sat) at a reduced rate. I accepted this offer but had to ask many times for the additional invoice to be sent so that I could pay it. I had requested the change on VRBO as instructed, but still this was not resolved until 4 days before check in. 2) Upon arrival at 4:15pm we found that the door codes provided would not work. We called and were told that we would have to wait for them to see what was going on, as they should work. After waiting 45 minutes of waiting in the summer heat, we were given temporary codes to enter the property. We were advised that the reason the door codes initially provided would not work, was that VRBO showed an arrival on the 16th, not the additional date of the 15th. 3) There was a refundable damage deposit that was charged to my credit card when booking. From check out. I have still not received this and have even had to involve VRBO directly. My credit card company has no record of the credit being received. I am still working on this at the time of the review, and if this is settled correctly will amend this review.

Do not rent here

This was a big family trip for us. We got to the house and had a green pool and heater for pool and hot tub did not work at all. We contacted manager and he responded telling us to buy chlorine and shock and pour it in and it should be good in 2 hours. He said he would reimburse us. We have a pool in MN so we know a lot about how they should work. The chlorine didn’t help. The thing is the manager always responded with the “right” answers but didn’t follow thru with anything. He never showed his face. It took us four days to get the pool clear (it needed a new $200 filter) and the gas company did come out to fix the heater after many other attempts by pool companies to figure it out. We spent many hours on our vacation dealing with this. So instead of having the pool and hot tub for a week, we were able to use it Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Yes there are other things to do but that was the reason we rented the house (for the pool and hot tub). The game room was nice so the kids were happy about that. The house was actually nice but not clean. There were dirty crusted underwear left in our closet in the floor. I wish we could post pictures. The manager also said he would pay for a dinner for our family. We have yet to receive any money. I’ll come back and post if he actually does credit money back to us. I mean any good property manager would not allow new customers to show up to a house looking the way it did when we arrived. Truly unacceptable. I don’t usually leave reviews but if you are looking at this place just keep on looking. Thanks for taking time to read this.

Disappointing

I will say that the majority of the inside of the home was beautiful with spacious areas and comfortable clean beds, however the game room had broken barstools and games were missing pieces or were broken including the garage door. There was a huge pile of dirty linens in the garage upon arrival, which were picked up the second day,. Inside the house there were many burned out lightbulbs and we found a pair of men’s dirty underwear in one of the bedroom closets. The dishwasher was broken with stagnant water in the bottom which smelled horrible upon opening. The owner said they were having trouble with the warranty and dishwasher was finally repaired on our last day. We did not enjoy handwashing dishes for our group every day. The pool area was very disappointing. Upon arrival we discovered the pool and hot tub were not functioning properly and the hot tub was completely empty. We were advised to read the manual to fix it. The pool was water was dirty and cloudy and we planned on paying to heat the pool and hot tub but the heater would not work. A few different repairmen came out but the problem was never solved until we left. The pool area has so much potential but it is far from luxurious. When we arrived, the door to the pool area was bent so lizards were able to join us , the cushions and pillows on the patio furniture were very dirty and moldy, the loungers were outdated with broken straps. Dry, dying plants and old plastic tables that were filthy. The yard was ok but the landscaping needed to be attended to and the surround area was not nice to say the least. We booked the home because of the pool area and did not enjoy it much at all. Attention to detail was lacking throughout this property that is advertised as a luxurious villa
