Our bed and sleeping arrangements:
We have 4 bedrooms with king beds. Two bedrooms with queens. One of those queen bedrooms also has a bunk bed. Another room has two double beds. In addition, 2 sleeper sofa that are similar to queen size. A oversize cloud couch that can sleep 3-4 . We have 2 roll out cots that are good for kids or smaller adults.

**10-15 minute drive to Madeira, Indian Rocks and Reddington beaches along the beautiful Gulf coast

**20 minutes to St Pete/Clearwater airport
**30 minutes to Tampa International airport

Located on a quiet, dead end street, with horse farms in abundance. You would never know you were centrally located in Pinellas county! Lots of distance and land between each home. Twenty feet from the home you have a beautiful canal where gorgeous birds flock. Walkable at the end of the street is Lake Seminole Park, 258 acres of designated wildlife habitat and sanctuary.

1. The person booking this home has to be present or you need to get it approved first that you are booking for another person
2. The price reflects the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guests without approval will be charged $150 per person

No parties or loud noises allowed. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am daily. Parties, loud noises, loud music and complaints from our neighbors will result in immediate eviction/cancellation without a refund. Thank you for understanding!

1. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. We take this very seriously. This means no outside noise, no music, no screaming and yelling. Talking in low voices is fine.
2. Please no smoking inside of the house. This will result in a fine.
3. Please no parking on the grass.
4. Please no moving furniture unless we discussed this and approved by the owners.
5. Clean up when you leave as much as possible! If the home is left messy, my cleaner charges me more and therefore I have to charge you more.
6. Check in and check out at the respected times, unless previously discussed with me.
7. Bag your garbage! Put garbage in garbage bags, not loose in the bins. Take garbage bags out to bins outside.

Please remember that inherent risks are assumed with the use of exercise equipment, watercraft, pools and lofts with ladders; and water recreation in general. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using these facilities of the potential hazards. Each guest’s use of these facilities constitutes a release of liability and waiver of any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of such use, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss; and constitutes agreement that the owners and hosts of the property assume no responsibility for any accident, illness, injury, or death.
