Close to I-80 for easy access to Northern California. Accommodates 8 with queen, king beds, futon, and sofa bed. Enjoy meals in the open kitchen or BBQ in the backyard patio!

This property is located in the lovely Citrus Heights neighborhood, close to Roseville, CA. A short drive to city-life in Sacramento & a quick trip up to explore the outdoors in Auburn, there are so many options for activities all around!

Guests have access to the entire property.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
