Enjoy lake views from every room! Our cottage faces a cove on one side and open water on another. We have 167 feet of private lake front access with both a floating slip dock and boat ramp. The outdoor areas (including the screened in porch) are directly on the water and offer places to rest and gather when you are not swimming, fishing or sunbathing. This is a very rare find. The home itself is a light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat built in the 60s. We hope you will plan a visit soon!

Great getaway

The place was located in a quiet part of the water which was just what we were hoping for. The house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was quick to respond when i reached out and easy to work with.Definitely a nice little place to get away from it all for a bit!

Absolutely beautiful location, right next to Lake Greenwood. Well appointed with supplies for kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Full frontal view of lake from inside or screen porch, deck, or yard as we sat by firepit. 10

Location was as advertised.

Everything was stocked and decorated really well. The outside doors were a bit rickety and difficult to close. The front door pulled out of the spring back mechanism at the top. The cleaner that was used on the linoleum left the floor very sticky, which made it seem like someone spilled something but I know it was just whatever was used to mop the floor. We very much enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. It was as close to the water as possible and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay.

Best lttle cottage

We had a terrific time at this sweet lake house. There were 4 of us and we had ample room. Of course its Feb. and cold so we didnt really get to enjoy the back porch but I am sure it is an amazing space during the warmer months. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful stayhave

Fishing Trip

Great communication 1 st day we locked ourselves out owner worked diligent to help us get back in. The house is right on water great cove ramp hard to get to but workable. Everything you need for a relaxing time.

Peaceful and cozy!

My husband and I spent his birthday and our anniversary at the Lake House. The lake was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the boaters and the ducks. Would definitely return!!

The property was kinda small according to picture, but cozy. The water views were amazing! Boat ramp and dock are a convenient plus. However, there was dog hair on cushions, spider webs, and filth on porch and screened porch, the grill was too dirty to use... a little more detail to cleaning. The small refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker) was too small to accommodate our needs, but we worked with what was provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. I loved feeling like we were on the water from the porch. My husband and son fished off the dock and caught some really big ones. We brought our boat and actually spent a lot of time on the lake despite the chilly weather. I hope that our schedules work out to come back soon.

We absolutely loved it!

We have stayed at this house before, I actually had to change my dates so we could stay at this house. It's so popular lol it was booked up. All you have to bring is your food and clothes. Every thing is available throughout the house. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for helping us celebrate our anniversary!!!

Great cottage

I usually do not give reviews, but this cottage was so special I felt like I should. It was very clean and so well equipped. I brought lots of kitchen items and miscellaneous other supplies, but it was not needed. The description of water views everywhere is most accurate. One family member said while sitting on the screen porch…I feel like I’m on a house boat. Very quite and relaxing location. I hope to book this cottage in the future!

Cool breezes

I stayed outside everyday . Found a cozy place beside the lake under the shade of the big Oak tree . Along with the cool 1 to 10 mph breeze off the lake allowed us to enjoy everyday in the outdoors . I was steps away from boarding my two jet skis easily tied off from the dock, with snatch lines . When you like , getting to and from the comforts of the Lake House take only few steps , providing all those things you would need to be comfortable. Just 2 adults for our stay , where we had enough room and could use separate bathrooms . The beds are comfortable and we slept well . Thanks for having us , we enjoyed our stay at Lake Greenwood .

Quaint and Quiet

We stayed for a few days with our adult daughter. The space is small but perfect for just the few of us. Quiet, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. I would have liked to be able to walk in the mornings, but the road is not conducive to that. Just an fyi for anyone interested in that also. Right on the water, very peaceful.

Beautiful View!

Beautiful view of the water, perfect getaway for family of 4. Stayed 11 nights and had fun on water boating, fishing and swimming. Very clean house; had everything we needed. Internet worked great to work remote, and screened in porch made for relaxing place to read/play games. RECOMMEND!!
