This rental was beautiful, with convenient access to the beach and even closer to the pool! Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn’t stay long enough to use the well stocked kitchen.

This place was beautiful. It’s semi resort style as a Villa. We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed longer it was so comfortable. The hammock is a perfect touch to relax with the stars and the breeze

Excellent home base for exploring Guanacaste

We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!

Oasis in paradise

Beautiful property with new, wonderful amenities. All the comforts of home. Safe, clean property close to a beautiful beach, monkeys and is surrounded by the best of all Costa Rica has to offer. The host was extremely helpful and very quick with all responses and needs. This property is a real gem! Pura Vida!!

Paradise in Costa Rica

When we walked in, it was absolutely beautiful. Very friendly people (guests and workers). Twice we were entertained by the local hollower monkey troop. We witnessed the most stunning sunsets. It was relaxing and quiet. We loved this place.

My husband Bill and I are from Atlanta, GA. Casa Del Sol is our happy place. We love the sunsets, the location, the restaurants, and the people of Costa Rica; it feels like our home away from home.

We aim for your 5 Star rating. Even though we mostly live in Atlanta, we have a wonderful local staff ready to meet your needs.

Why they chose this property

We are a perfect rental property for couples and families.

There are 2 beaches a short walk away. We offer beach equipment for you to borrow during your stay - 2 shade tents, 4 chairs, a wagon, and beach towels.

The complex pool is inviting , only steps away from our patio. It is rarely ever crowded.

There are so many local restaurants to try, many within walking distance or a short drive away.

Las Catilinas is 2 miles away, Flamingo is 2 miles away, Tarmarindo, is 30-45 minutes away. So many beaches to visit, so much to do: swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, ATV riding, horseback riding, zip-lining, spas...

There is great WIFI there, my husband is able to work remotely in the condo. We even have a dedicated work space.

A perfect day for us in our unit is: making a Tico style breakfast in our kitchen, visiting somewhere beautiful nearby (or just working on our computers from our patio), eating a late lunch or early dinner at one of the many delicious local restaurants, walking to Playa Penca to watch, yet another, beautiful sunset, heading back to the complex to swim in the pool and chill.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - 2 Beaches in walking distance! Other Wonderful beaches within a few miles, warm pool to swim in, nicely stocked kitchen, KING bed in the Master, outdoor seating for 6, enough room for 6 to sleep, great WIFI for working remotely, local restaurants, many close activities. What else can we say, we love staying at our condo in Potrero.
