Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable living spaces, smart TVs, washer and dryer, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay.



The town center, restaurants, beach, and activities are just a short 5-minute walk away through the charming cobblestone streets of Las Catalinas. Nearby, you'll also find the convenient Copper Stone grocery store for all your essentials.

Guests can enjoy access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club amenities, including pools, dining options, cocktail bar, and more with the following daily entry fees:



Child Pass (ages 8–12): $15 13% VAT, includes $10 consumable credit

Children under 8: Free entry with limited access

Non-Member LC Pass: $30 13% VAT, includes $15 consumable credit

Swim Gym Pass: $20 13% VAT, valid between 7 am and 10 am

Additional Information Services



To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.



Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.





Important to Know



Access to the condo requires stairs, as the complex does not have an elevator.



Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (approximately 350m away) is currently free. As it is managed by a private company, this may change at any time without prior notice.



Las Catalinas is steadily evolving into one of Costa Rica’s most charming beach towns. With the community’s ongoing growth, several construction projects are currently in progress throughout town to bring new amenities and services for visitors.



The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.
