No glass on patio/pool. Do not heat pool or operate equipment. Leave suction cleaner in pool at all times. Keep skimmer under shade, out of sun.

Why they chose this property

This was my primary residence for 10 years and I moved on to another neighborhood during covid. I have a passion for decorating and love when others enjoy the home with its private backyard and tranquility as much as I have.

What makes this property unique

The backyard with pool feels private as this home backs up to a canyon. The only neighbors are to the sides, with giant bird of paradise providing privacy to one side and to the other the home is positioned below this one on a slope. This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood.
