BOOKING PROCESS Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO) 25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
DESCRIPTION Our beautiful Pacific Sands Vacations BAYFRONT beach home "Pacific Sands #3263" with its 1,200 sq. ft. living space and spacious private furnished patio overlooking the water is the perfect get-away for a group up to 6 people. These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Located at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.
HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES This wonderful waterfront vacation retreat is the lower of a two unit home featuring a nice open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, big TVs in living as well as Master bedroom, cable, high speed Wi-Fi, shared washer & dryer on site and a private furnished patio right on the boardwalk. Please note, the unit does not offer AC and the fireplace is not for use.
Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

PARKING 2 car NARROW tandem parking (7 wide and 37 feet long): The parking for this unit is along the house wall. The parking is very narrow and you can not park any car bigger than a small SUV and/or midsize sedan. Walking to the side of the car needs to be assured or you need to find street parking. Please plan accordingly.
LOCATION Located at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk off the patio and your feet are in the grass that leads down to the Mission Bay water; walk two blocks (3 Minutes) west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.
Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.
PLEASE NOTE Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 6 people. For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house. We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
For bigger groups, this unit can be booked together with "Pacific Sands #3265" which is located in the same building.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Beds were on the soft side and the kitchen was net well equipped with essentials other than hard items. No coffee and light on things like that. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms and living room space was nice

I did want to mention that the home is fully equipped with all essential kitchen items needed for a comfortable stay, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and other standard supplies. That said, if there is ever anything missing or you need during your stay, we are always happy to order it for you right away. We typically don’t provide consumable items like coffee, as guests often prefer to bring their own favorites.

We LOVED having our morning coffee on the patio and chatting with the walkers and especially dog walkers as they strolled by. The unit is a bit dated but clean, neat and well equipped. The location is fantastic.
A beautiful property. We love mission bay and have stayed there many times. This property is very comfortable and the location on the bay is great. Communication with Doro the property manager was EXCELLENT!! She is extremely responsive and was very easy to coordinate with.
The condo was wonderful, just as advertised! our group of six adults had our own space, and the space had a great vibe about it. Our only negative nuance we was the parking. A vehicle for six people and luggage (a chevy tahoe) was a very tight fit. We would recommend this property for its location ,ambiance, and amenities to anyone wanting to stay in the mission bay area.
The property is in a great location in Mission Beach. Overlooks the bay and on the baywalk. Short walk to the ocean, restaurants and other attractions but still very quiet. We had a great stay!
Nice place in the heart of Mission Bay. Easily walk to everything. A ton of great shops and places to eat. Recommend Molly's for breakfast. And easy to get to expresways to get in and out of other areas.

We had an amazing 5 day getaway in Mission Beach. Loved our condo, everything was in great shape and they communicated well. Would definitely book again!
Very good location. The property lived up to the advertisement. We would definately book this unit again. Very clean, comfortable beds, good beach equipment and well equippe kitchen.
We were leaving daily to explore. Last day stayed and played on beaches. Parking was extremely tight as we had a large SUV for the 6 of us. We made it work with family upstairs.
Check-in process was very smooth and easy. Parking for the bottom unit was just as described. My dad became a pro at parking a small SUV in that space by the end of our week there. The welcome book explained everything, that was great. Location was perfect. Close to Starbucks, markets, food etc. The rooms were cool and all the beach towels and chairs, etc. were a great plus. This place made this family vacation one that I wasn’t ready to leave from. Will definitely be returning
We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was great, clean and had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location of being right on the sand! Parking was a challenge but that’s to be expected at the beach. Will definitely stay here again!
