Beautiful Tulum

Great house in a great location! Beautiful aesthetic in the home. The hosts were a little slow to respond to broken dryer and door. Not enough towels for our group of 11 ( that stayed wet due to dryer not working). Bikes need some TLC, we got a flat and needed air in tires. All in all, definitely recommend this beautiful home.

I'm sorry to hear that that you had some issues. The dryer was perfectly fine before you arrived. For 11 guests, we left 22 towels, but I understand that with the broken drier, things got complicated. My manager went the next day to fix it and couldn't find a solution. The knob was broken. Remember, all this happened during the Christmas holidays. Very difficult days to find a replacement part. I hope you had a great time.
