I'm sorry to hear that that you had some issues. The dryer was perfectly fine before you arrived.
For 11 guests, we left 22 towels, but I understand that with the broken drier, things got complicated.
My manager went the next day to fix it and couldn't find a solution. The knob was broken. Remember, all this happened during the Christmas holidays.
Very difficult days to find a replacement part. I hope you had a great time.
