Relaxing anniversary trip!

We love staying at The Beach Club! It feels safe and fun, while also still close to town and the action. It was just my husband and I this time, as it was our 25th anniversary celebration and we had the best time lounging on the beach! We ate at The Hideaway and the food trucks. We enjoyed the fireworks show. The condo was a little outdated but super clean! The bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed and the elevators were fast!

Perfection

Amazing condo. Very spacious , secluded but still able to go anywhere you need! Loved the resort . Pam was a great host and very helpful with any questions! Beds were great , balcony was great. All around perfect stay. Will definitely be in touch to book again soon.

The condo was clean and had all the essentials. The view and balcony was great!The bunkbed was our only issue, there were loose and missing screws that made the top bed feel very unstable.

Great View!

We had a great time relaxing in this unit! We have 4 little kids and we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. If my husband or I had to take somebody upstairs we could easily see each other from the balcony.

awesome stay at 409 avalon.. i would have loved it more with a little more dishwashing liquid smallest conatiner i ever did see. also the master bedroom fan does not work and most women going thru the change need a fan or one in the closet....

Avalon view is awesome pool nice everything great... need a fan in condo....

The beach club is well maintained and pleasant. It's a great place for people from up north to escape the snow and cold without paying Florida rates.

Relaxing family vacation

We were looking for somewhere that had good space and a private beach and found it! The location of the condo was perfect and the beach was amazing! The pool was beautiful and big however we never used it, just went to the beach.

Had a wonderful, restful stay at the condo for spring break. The condo is beautiful & was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the chair service on the beach, & it was perfect. We didn’t have to wag chairs to the beach. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

A relaxing stay before the hustle and heat of the summer season.

This property has more than met my expectations. It was the luxury property I envisioned-safe, relaxing, clean and comfortable. The full kitchen, stocked with every kitchen utensil you might need, was a plus for us. We enjoy cooking for each other and spent more than a little time mingling around the kitchen bar. I personally loved serving those meals on the large balcony overlooking the beach and waves of the gulf. The living room is spacious, that allowed us to mingle and play family games. There was also a funny discussion about the colorful fish over the couch (with extra long eyelashes). The bedroom areas are exceptional. I woke refreshed and ready to begin my day each morning. The beach is beautiful and easy to get to. There is also a nice pool, hot tub and wading area; the sparkle of their water always catches my eye. Overall 5 stars. I'd love to come back.

Great start to Summer!!!

Condo was very clean on arrival and no issues with our stay. The sofa sleeper did not have sheets for our 1st night and I sent a text for linen supplies. The linen was brought the next morning.

Great condo bad weather.

This condo was great. The weather was bad during our stay so we weren’t able to get into the waves but the pool was great. On the final day of the trip the weather was much better, however since the weather was good the beach club complex filled the beach with chairs and umbrellas making it very difficult for anyone who didn’t rent from them to have space on the beach. But the condo unit itself was still fabulous.

Beach Club

This is the second time we have stayed at the Beach Club. The area is relatively remote and quite, which is what we like. The main issue we had was trying to hear back from the property manager (Pam Martin Beach Vacations). They were either slow to respond or never responded. We had a few questions prior to our arrival, and a couple of issues that we tried to get resolved while we were there, but we never heard back from them. I would definitely return to the Beach Club at some point, but I would not stay in a property that is managed by this group.

Some of my software emails are spammed and one might think no reply was sent. Every guest is given my cell number during their stay and are instructed to text all issues to me. All emails are answered with 2 days unless received over the weekend. All emergencies are responded to immediately even if after hours. Most answers are provided in the description or in an email during the booking process. Perhaps we were on the phone with another customer and just plain missed it, but this is not the usual. Many of my reviews state how quickly I respond. Avalon 409 is a very nice property and the owner provides everything needed there and I wish the traveler had shared all the details about it.

The condo itself is nice however, nothing was disclosed about there being significant construction taking place on the building we stayed in. The hallway/breezeway leading to our condo was fenced off with very little room left for a walkway. The construction workers were not very receptive to us as we tried to walk to/from our room. On top of that, there was tremendous dust from the apparent stucco repairs taking place which was not great for my 10 yr old asthmatic son. We can certainly appreciate repairs/maintenance being performed on the building, but I think it was misleading to not let us know about the construction. We would have selected another place to stay.

Very nice condo perfect for a family of 5. The condo was quite and clean and great view. The only negative was at night the pool area is very dark not much lighting and some of the lights in pool were out. It wasnt very safe for children bc of the darkness. Also only one of the hot tubs worked so it stayed full. The store which I thought was on site was up the road and wasn’t open on Sunday. Also the restaurant on site is impossible to get into apparently you have to make reservations at same time you book condo. Loved the condo it was very nice but amenities weren’t really as described as on site and not even able to use.

Perfect Setting and Accommodations for a Trip to the Gulf

We wanted a location for our older teenagers to be able to walk to the beach at their leisure if one of us was already out at the beach. In additions, the accommodations needed to have at least 2 full bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, and laundry machines. This beach front condo was exactly what we needed without the crazy busy beaches to the East. The weather turned out great so we didn’t need to buy the clubhouse pass. All the appliances worked. The smart tv in the living room was great. We had a few minor this things like the light under the microwave needed a new bulb. I let Pam know and maintenance fixed it. The only thing that was a surprise and I let Pam know is the second bedroom at some point the twin bed became a bunk bed and the double bed was still there. We made it work and I’m sure if you have younger children, it will be a welcomed change. We hope to come back and book again with Pam at the Avalon!!!
