Location was quiet from traffic and guests. We were there to relax and chill so it was nice. Building could stand a few updates but condo was clean. Requested a couple repairs for after we checked out. The balcony’s have sliding glass doors (outside) which takes away from the beautiful ocean view. While I certainly understand the logic of those doors, it would be a deal breaker in the future. Balcony was like a sauna because it’s closed in. The pool is small which was fine most of our stay, but our last day a family of about 15 took over the entire pool area!

The view is spectacular & the beach was not overly crowded. Several restaurants have call ahead which makes it nice. Great area to stay close to stores & restaurants.

Perfect family spot

The hallway is perfect for racing cars with your kids, the beach is perfect for catching crabs at night, the pool gave my four year old confidence to finally underwater swim and the patio is the perfect spot to start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee. I love this place!
