Charming house from 1789 completely renovated located in a village of 2000 inhabitants in a park of 5000m2 planted with bicentennial trees adding to the tranquility of the place.
Close to the beaches as well as La Rochelle and 20 minutes from the motorway junction.
The very pleasant village has a small mini-market, 2 restaurants, a doctor, 2 hairdressers.
The proximity of Luçon allows you to enjoy a very popular country market as well as 3 supermarkets and many shops.
Family home lending itself to many activities given its tranquility between its large walls: ping pong, shuffleboard, boules, large swimming pool of 14ml by 6ml.
Many shaded corners with tables to eat or rest.
A large rustic barbecue with wood in anticipation of wood-fired grills, in a patio as well as a gas plancha all adjoining a large room of 70 m2 with a kitchen allowing you to eat in this patio.
