Newly redesigned 1731 square foot home that comfortably adapts to sleep anywhere from 1 to 10 guests.

Please let us know if you have children!! Baby bath, baby monitor, bathtub, changing table, children’s books & toys, children’s dinnerware, crib, game console, high chair, outlet covers, pack n play/travel crib, are all available upon request.
Parking is readily available on the street. Street parking is right outside the home (as in several steps outside the front door). It is recommended that you use the street parking. One parking space (for a very small car) is available in front (no additional charge). Must be extremely careful not to run into building or support structure. Must also be off the sidewalk or you may receive a parking ticket.
It is our goal to provide you with a wonderful home and we are thrilled that nearly all of our guests have truly been phenomenal, respectful, fun, friendly and courteous. However due to our disappointing experiences with 4 or 5 guests, we (unfortunately) have to clarify the following for everyone.
Due to the nature of our business, we must have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings or smoking.
We reserve the right to inspect the home at any time. We greatly respect our home and the Brady St. neighborhood and ask you to do the same. If we notice excessive noise, number of guests or other clear and/or blatant rules violations, we may and likely will take steps towards ending your booking. If we (or AirBNB) feels that it is necessary to end your booking, you no longer have the right to be on the property. You and your party will be asked to leave (immediately). We will utilize law enforcement if necessary :( Unfortunately, if a reservation is ended due to a violation of the rules, it will be at that guest's expense. We will not be offering any refunds.
THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION MUST MATCH THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT WILL BE ON THE PREMISES DURING YOUR STAY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE AN EXTRA $50 PER PERSON THAT ENTERS THE PREMISES ABOVE THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION AMOUNT. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE PEOPLE "STOP BY," PLEASE CONSIDER THIS. It is NOT our goal to add fees to any booking. It is our goal to NOT host large gatherings, parties, etc...
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. THE ODOR WILL STICK!! PERIOD!! PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BLOW SMOKE OUT OF A WINDOW, OR TRY STICKING YOUR CIGARETTE OUT OF THE FRONT OR BACK DOOR OR EXTINGUISH A CIGARETTE INDOORS WHILE COMING IN FROM OUTSIDE..... VIOLATORS WILL BE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SMOKE ODOR REMEDIATION, 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR FEES LOST DUE TO PARTIAL REFUNDS, FULL REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS OF FUTURE GUESTS DUE TO CAUSED BY SMOKE ODORS OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE DAMAGES. VIOLATORS WILL ALSO BE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST FEES DUE TO THE LISTING BEING UNABLE TO ACCEPT A BOOKING DUE TO REMEDIATING SMOKE ODORS.
If there is smoking in the home, we will likely have to hire an emergency cleaning services, which typically run around $250 for odor removal as we often have guests arriving on the same day that another guest departs. Smoke Odor remediation often takes MUCH longer than the 4 hours that we have allotted to clean between guests. It is completely unfair to future guests to have to live in a space with smoke odors.
Again, it is NOT our goal to add fees to any booking. It is our goal to provide a smoke free environment for our guests. To do this we need 100% cooperation from ALL of our guests.
Please respect our 11am checkout time. We have to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire time in 3-4 hours. Unapproved late check outs will incur an additional fee of $50 for each 15 minutes that the guest is late leaving. Again, it's sincerely not our goal to accrue additional fees. We simply can't afford to have our cleaners held up and It's not fair to push back our next guest's check-in time.
We are unable to accommodate late check-out times. Unfortunately, we simply don't have the flexibility in our cleaning schedule.
Note: The grading at the very rear of property is being repaired and not to be used. Please stay off the back bench/fence. There are multiple posted signs, so it's easy to identify.
The Jacuzzi which is on the premisis is not available. Sorry :( Please do not attempt to remove the cover.

The location is excellent - quiet area, but plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and even the streetcar are within a reasonable walk. The property is nice as well, with plenty of space and nice amenities. We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful with a minor issue. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.
We had a great experience staying here! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely book again. Thank you!
Great house for 6 adults and 2 babies for a long weekend stay! An easy walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants on Brady St and slightly longer but very nice walk to downtown and the riverwalk. Ample space, quiet surroundings and everything we needed for a nice weekend!
Our group had a good time here! Plenty of room, Nice outdoor deck, walking distance to plenty of entertainment. Only downfall was the bed sizes for 2 of the bedrooms.
Great location, walkable to many things. The property was as described in the listing. We had a group of six adults and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of linens and towels. Host was easy to communicate and responded quickly. Property was clean and we were able to utilize street parking steps from the front door.
Wonderful small home in a beautiful old Italian Neighborhood.
Recently stayed here with friends while in Milwaukee for the week. Great location, thoroughly enjoyed the local coffee shop, Italian market, walk to Veteran’s Park, and the nearby British Pub. Can’t beat the location and the host was great! Will stay again if we are in the area!
This was a very nice place for 3 couples to stay. We were very close to The Pabst Theater, where we went to a show. Overall, it was a great experience.
Group of friends stayed here for our annual Bucks game trip. Place was perfect for 6 guys. Plenty of room to hangout before going out and very comfortable beds for us when we got back. Dustin was a great host. Would definitely stay again!
