There is no greater way to escape the troubles of daily life than to ascend into the welcoming embrace of a treehouse. Like a bird in its nest, we feel held and safe in the branches, cloaked within a curtain of green leaves. Here we can breathe more freely and think more clearly, our hearts and brains fed by the oxygen released by the leaves. We float above the everyday world of the ground, enjoying a bird’s-eye view of all that remains below.

Draw on this airy energy to revitalize you, relax, and feed new ideas. This special hideaway is up above my garage and sits among the trees looking out upon the gardens and pool area. A convenient, private gated entrance is off the alley dedicated parking space. Inside you will find a full kitchen, refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans with all the necessities.

There is a hall linen/towel closet adjoining the full bath. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet.
The living and dining area has a ceiling fan and is off the kitchen and has cross ventilation with sunny windows overlooking the patio and side garden.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect location

I enjoyed staying at this property. I would appreciate a real sofa in the living area rather than the futon which was very uncomfortable and felt like it was going to tumble over when you got up-as well as the other furniture which was very dated. Pros were misc items stocked in the kitchen, hot water and good water pressure. I would stay here again.

Treehouse Beauty

We loved the privacy and beauty of living in the Treehouse. The large, comfy apartment is located in a pretty neighborhood near a park and small lake. The backyard was a tropical garden with 2 parrots. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool that was enclosed in a large screened in patio with lounge chairs . Our host, Jo-An, was so nice and made sure our stay was all we hoped it would be.

I stayed here when I was in town for the Rays vs. Sox playoff game. Easy Uber or safe walk to the stadium (1.8 miles). Really quite, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to some really cool parks & walking paths along the bay. Also convenient to Janus Live area with tons of bars/restaurants. Host was very pleasant & helpful. Unit above the garage was clean and peaceful overlooking pool (which you also have access to). I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!!

This is a great place to stay in St. Pete - close to the downtown area and in a quiet neighborhood. The property is separate from the owner's house with its own entrance and parking space, accessible through a set of stairs. The space is well distributed for a couple - one master bedroom with a nice walk-in closet, a restroom and a kitchen/living area. Jo Ann was a great host, always attentive and helpful to our every needs! She was always reachable and very caring.

Tree House Retreat

A very quiet stay in a beautiful neighborhood; great location. The loft is very cozy, has a comfortable bed and the A/C is quiet and efficient. Two little parrots greeted as we came and went each day.
