This Reef 5 Penthouse is situated on the exclusive, 24/7 secured Blue Bay Beach &Golf resort, a green oasis of tranquility. 'The Reef’ is a resort within a resort.
The Reef 5 Penthouse is a unique retreat, blending seamlessly with the verdant green golf course and the endless ocean view from the spacious porch. Discover a lush variety of flora and fauna.
The beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and the impressive tropical oase/ pool with beach entrance and waterfall will complete the bounty feeling. The perfect place for endless enjoyment and relaxation.
And on top, the famous beautiful beach of Blue Bay is located just a few steps away.
A place where like-minded individuals can enjoy the finer things in life, be it unwinding in the Caribbean sea, playing golf, exploring the house reef while scuba diving, sipping cocktails at the beach bar, nice dining in 3 different restaurants, gym/yoga activities, tennis court and a diving/water sport center. It is all there!
For The Reef 5 Penthouse we made a careful selection of materials without compromise resulting in a modern, fresh and contemporary interior. The most important interior elements are imported from Europe. We added a tropical touch with a high roof, hard wooden doors and a spacious porch/terrace with a nice breeze for cooling.
The penthouse has two bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom / furniture / toilet equipped with hand- and bath towels. From the 2 shutter windows you have a beautiful view of the golf course.
Both bedrooms are equipped with linens, ample closet space and air conditioning unit.
A separate guest toilet is present. As well as an iron and ironing board, washing machine and other household things in the pantry.
The open fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and dinner table includes a stove, microwave / oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee / Nespresso for the fan, blender and a kettle.
The entire apartment is air conditioned and has wifi everywhere. Electricity is 220 volts.
The living room has a dining and seating area with smart flat screen TV and 50-plus channels. The extra space, light and stunning ocean views comes through the sliding doors which opens to the 30 m2 corner porch/terrace. From the lounge seating area and dinner table you may relax with favourite drinks. In the evenings the lights give a romantic setting.
The tropical oase/pool with sun terrace and sun beds is just meters away.
