About this property

Maison de Village Climatisée

Old house built in 1788, completely renovated and equipped with air conditioning on all three floors, very appreciable during the summer in the Ardèche.
The accommodation is located just 50 metres from the beach and the river.

Layout of the accommodation:
• Ground floor: shower room and toilet
• 1st floor: living room and kitchen
• 2nd floor: bedroom with double bed
• 3rd floor (mezzanine): large attic bedroom with two single beds
Bed linen and towels included.

50 metres away you will find the beach, the river, a canoe rental company, restaurants with terraces on the banks of the Ardèche as well as small supermarkets selling local products.
800 metres away, in the Vogüé Gare district, are all the essential shops: supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, petrol station, bakeries/pastry shop, hairdresser.
There is no private parking, but free car parks are available in the town (the furthest one is about 300 metres away).

On arrival and On departure, you can stop for a few moments in front of the house to drop off your suitcases.

Attention: The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).
