Spacious and easy to move around condo

Great space but needs thorough cleaning from ceiling fans to baseboards and under furniture. Nice primary bath that meets needs of mobility limited adult. Multiple little things needing attention like sticking door knobs, burnt out light bulbs, broken wet bar ice maker, broken furniture, and broken window blind. Great balcony furniture. Would love the owner to fix the list left with rental agency along with the needed new paint throughout Would rent again with fixes.

Really just needed to pay attention to the cleaning more

The property was absolutely beautiful nice & spacious place. The only problem was upon arriving we were told did not need Pool passes which then we did and were harassed like we were trust passing...Also upon entering the Penthouse , I immediately had to start cleaning ,wiping down door knobs, light switches, the entire kitchen, any mirrors or glass not a perfect way to start a vacation... However it was a beautiful place after I cleaned ... We have been using condo world for years now and It always seems to be the same complaint.. Nice places just not very good on the cleaning before people enter. But they expect you to clean it before you leave and do laundry??????
