This very nice house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and by a small road you will arrive at a first beach after 800 m, at the port at 600 m.
It is surrounded by an avenue of flowers.
The house has all the necessary comforts, there is a large enclosed plot of land adjoining it allowing children to play in complete safety.
Saint Pierre is only 3 km away and it is possible to get there by the cycle path through fields and forest.
You will love going for a walk in the nearby forest but even more so going to the beach and in the evening walking to La Cotinière which is very lively

Excellent séjour! Accueil au top et très sympathique de la part de Maryse. Possibilité de louer des draps et serviettes de bain, super pratique! La maison est incroyable, très agréable à vivre, on s'y sent comme chez soi! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande sans hésiter! Proximité du centre dea cotinière et de la plage est un super atout!
