Maui Kamaole A115 is well-appointed and fully-equipped ground floor condo located in one of the front-row buildings that offers the best views and access to the beach. You are able to see the ocean view while you are relaxing on the sofa, at the dining table, or in the kitchen as well as when you are on the lanai enjoying breakfast or one of the spectacular evening sunsets. It is an end unit, so it has more light than some of the other units as well.

You'll enjoy a restful nights sleep in an upscale Hotel Line California King-Sized Heavenly(R) Bed (please read the guest comments) in the Master Suite with access to your personal private courtyard. Guests have the comfort of a high-end hotel room, with all the advantages of a home with more space and added conveniences in this large spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo.

This unit is located near the lower pool and allows quick access to Kamaole Beach III, the boat ramp, and Keawakapu Beach. In addition, it has great cross ventilation with the afternoon tradewinds. Both the living room and master bedroom suite are equipped with ceiling fans, windows that open for fresh air, and air conditioners for your comfort.

ABOUT MAUI KAMAOLE:

Maui Kamaole is one of the most spacious complexes situated in the quieter south end of Kihei bordering Wailea, making it a great value and highly sought after location. With quick access to Maui Kamaole Beaches, Keawakapu Beach and the boat ramp you have plenty of options to swim, snorkel and enjoy other water activities. See honu (sea turtles) or beautiful humpback whales (Dec - Apr) or take a long walk along the beach!

This 23 acre property is a low-rise and low-density complex with extensive lawns and lush tropical landscaping throughout. The complex has two tennis courts, and two swimming pools each with a Jacuzzi. The lower pool tends to be more reflective and quiet. Whereas, the upper pool has a waterfall and loose pebble bottom Jacuzzi. Both pools have BBQs and ample seating areas. You will also find BBQs conveniently located adjacent to each of the buildings for those times you want to enjoy dinner on the lanai.

Quiet Kihei getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Leahi's Kihei condo. The decor is lovely and the well appointed kitchen included all that we needed to do our own cooking. The Heavenly Bed was quite soft (we prefer a firmer bed), but not problematic. The hall closet was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trips to the beach and excursions around the island. The double sliding doors out to the lanai created a generous breeze that kept the condo cool, and on the one day that it was really hot the AC units in the living room and bedroom worked like a charm. This unit was very quiet and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. The only additional item that would have been helpful was a hair dyer, but the Hawaii sun took care of that! Leahi was very communicative about our stay and made herself available by phone or text for any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything about this property matched photos and descriptions. But it was even better, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook your meals, just amazing. And they also provided all that was needed for our beach outings, from chairs, towels, coolers, even snorkel equipment and boogey boards. I absolutely will return in the future!!!!!

The amenities; body boards, snorkeling equipment, Tommy Bahama chairs, flashlights and searchlight for pre dawn beach walks, etc., etc. this property is so well appointed, and the owner is just great! I would HIGHLY recommend this property, as a matter of fact, I will be back again!! Mahalo!

Perfect Location!

The photo of the ocean from the back patio does not do justice to the actual view. We loved eating breakfast on the patio in the morning and having drinks in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the beach is just across the street. It is an easy walk to a park, stores, restaurants and the condo is well equipped, furnished, and clean. We definitely plan on returning!! Last but not least, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We do plan on returning!

A Little Slice of Paradise

This property exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a wonderful vacation rental, look no more. The location is absolutely fantastic, it is at the front of the property, with a view of the ocean from the back patio.. There are three beaches about 5 minutes walking distance and so many shops and restaurants in the area. The condo itself was immaculate and fully stocked with items to make your beach day a dream; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and coolers. There is a full kitchen, too. There is ample parking in the area as well. I would highly recommend this property and give it a 10!

Ending our day on the beautiful lanai was a wonderful way to the day!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks. Since we were there at the end of May 2021, the sunset was visible from the front lanai. Enjoying a glass of wine on the front lanai to watch the sunset became a nightly tradition. The front lanai is off the main entrance, but due to the angle of the hill and the shrub growth felt private. The back lanai is very private. The condo is in a very well maintained and quite complex at the very Southern end of Kihei. We really enjoyed the location. The condo is very well outfitted. Due to restaurant capacity limits and our failure to making advanced reservations, we prepared most of our dinners at the condo. We were never in want of a special pot, pan or utensil. There were also plenty of spices, which was a nice bonus. If I were to put anything on a wish list it would be a French Press and a tea pot, however, the electric coffeemaker and a pot fulfilled our needs. The outside grill was excellent and very clean. The communication with the property manager was excellent. In the interest of full disclosure, the condo association has a lengthy of set of rules; most of which pertain to noise. This is a great location for a quite stay for those who want to start winding down at 10:00 PM. If you are looking for nightlife and late nights, this is not the place for you. Some of the furniture and fixtures are dated, but everything is fully functional. I do wish there would have been more tiled or linoleum flooring over carpet. This was the perfect place for us to relax and we would definitely stay here on our next visit.

What more could you need.

Not one complaint about out stay here, everything was excellent...even the water pressure. Short walk to the beach and pools and almost anything you will need on short notice. Everything seemed clean and functional and bed was comfortable. If I had to find one thing to improve for future guests I might consider leaving some simple condiments like sugar, ketchup and mustard but other things we needed like pepper and salt were appreciated. Kihei had the best weather on the island while we were here. thanks to our hosts.

A True home away from home. Away from the hustle and bustle of traffic from the hotels. Easy access to all of Maui. Beautiful sunset view from living room window. Easy walking distance to fantastic beaches. Well equipped for both beach goers and chefs. Beautiful landscaped grounds and two nice pools. This home away from home was perfect for this couple! Across the road from the boat ramp and trails to beaches in each direction made early morning walks and fly fishing very convenient. Parking assigned at the doorstep of a ground floor beautiful condo. Restaurants, stores and all the fun of Kihei less than a mile away. Pool and beautifully landscaped quiet complex. Comfortable bed, lovely furnishings and excellent appliances, electronics and A/C. Sand chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and all you need for a beach day available to borrow. Owner very responsive and clear on directives. Hope to visit again!

We have 'ohana (family) ties to Maui and Hawaii so we visit often. During our trips we have stayed at Maui Kamaole and decided we should get a condo of our own as our home away from home. We love to host malihini (visitors) to Maui so they have an opportunity to experience some of the things we adore about the island. We feel we've made our condo a comfortable and enjoyable respite during our visits and hope you feel the same way too. We want this part of your journey to the island to be a comfortable resting spot with the conveniences you would have at home. We always feel so comfortable and at home when we walk through the door and are happy that we can look forward to our next visit when we leave. We hope you feel that way too.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed at this location several times before we decided to make this our home away from home. We love Maui Kamaole because the units offer more space than most other complexes in Kihei, so the units are very spacious and comfortable. The lush gardens and low density complex which makes it a nice respite without being overly crowded at the pools or BBQ areas. In addition, the units are gathered into groups of 4 (2 lower 1bd/2ba units with 2 2bd/2ba loft units above) and offer lots of privacy. Each group of buildings is named after flora found on the island. For example, Anthurium for building A. The complex is also located with quick access to either Wailea or Kihei and the many beaches and restaurants both offer.

What makes this property unique

Whale-watching from the condo and watching the sunset. We also love the location of our condo because it has easy access to the beach and snorkeling which are activities we love. In addition, this part of Kihei is serene, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Kihei strip, but it's a short distance away when you want to be a part of it. Also, there is a wonderful trail to Keawakapu Beach and if you walk, or jog, along the beach you will end up on the beachfront walk along Wailea. It is a beautiful walk. The location is also close to getting on the Pi'ilani Highway and off to Lahaina or Haleakala or Hana quickly when you want to venture out to other beautiful areas of the island.
