Holiday House Costa Canyamel with private pool 4-6 people Golf and sea incl NK

This attractive holiday property is located in the Costa de Canyamel, a romantic, small but beautiful seaside town near Cala Ratjada in the northeast of Mallorca. There are 4 golf courses, two beaches, one of which is within walking distance in 5 minutes in the nearby area. The village has both shopping and numerous restaurants, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, several hotels and a beautiful sandy beach which is not crowded even in high season. Entertainment and sports facilities can be found at the nearby Cala Ratjada.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room / lounge with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a storage room (washing machine and dryer available). A travel cot can be used in addition. In the separate apartment (separate entrance) are another bedroom and a bathroom. In the house and apartment (in all bedrooms, bathrooms and in living and dining room) there is an air conditioning and heating oil. A barbecue is also available.
From the pool and the secluded terrace you have a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
With only 4 people the guest apartment of course remains unlet

Great family villa

The villa was exactly as described on the website. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated in Mallorcan style. The owner answered all our queries prior to our stay with clear directions to reach the property. Being able to take a pleasant walk down to the local Cala Rotja beach, with it's two pretty and tranquil coves, was a bonus. Although small, it was never crowded and offered great opportunities to do some snorkeling.A short drive away was Canyamel beach, a livelier resort with shops, pedal boats, Kayaks and SUPs Sadly the local Cala Rotja restaurant was closed down but there was a good choice of other restaurants in Canyamel. I would recommend this property for families and couples.

Urlaub auf der schönsten Insel der Welt.

So Fazit: Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub gerne wieder. Schönes Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Nachteil zur Lage man brauch unbedingt ein Auto. Haben wir dann direkt in der Stadt am 2 tag gemacht und super sofort mobil. Fußwege zu den Orten sind natürlich nicht weit entfernt aber wer faul ist Berg aufzulaufen versteht was ich sagen möchte :D Vielen Dank und ich hoffe bis bald.

Erholung in ruhiger aber Zentraler Lage!

Ein süßes, top ausgestattetes Haus! Waren absolut positiv überrascht was wir alles vorgefunden haben - von Kakao bis Gewürzen war alles da. Super sauber, schöne Terasse und Pool in absoluter Privatsphäre und wenn es doch mal an den Strand gehen soll alles in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Lediglich bei den Betten / Matratzen kännte man vielleicht was machen - die quietschten schon sehr. Nichtsdestotrotz ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Toller Familienurlaub, ruhige Lage

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind auf Mallorca. Das Objekt liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall notwendig, wenn man größere Einkäufe erledigen möchte. Da wir die Schlüssel bereits vor Anreise bekommen haben, war es kein Problem; dass wir erst sehr spät am Objekt waren. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer defekt. Das Problem haben wir der Vermieterin direkt mitgeteilt & es wurde sich so schnell es möglich war darum gekümmert (es war Wochenende und montags Feiertag in Spanien) danach funktionierte alles einwandfrei & für die Reparatur mussten wir auch nicht vor Ort sein. Insgesamt haben wir 2 schöne Wochen in dem Objekt verbracht und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sowohl vor; als auch während des Aufenthalts sehr gut.
