Holiday rentals near Petra Beach

Great place for a relaxing, peaceful and lovely location for a holiday. Lambros is a brilliant, looking after you from the first minute on arrival, advising on activities, helping to ensure you have a good time throughout your stay, really friendly person, real great person. The accommodation in our opinion is great, just right with a great pool to use. We had many happy hours, sat on the balcony looking at sunsets out to sea, great way to relax at the end of a day.

All very satisfactory except for the kitchen which was too cramped. We arrived by boat (sail) and dinghied ashore to be met by Pinelopi, the manager, who was more than helpful in assisting to get our bags ashore and up to the villa. What a great view!!

İf we go the Petra again,we will definitely stat at Gaea.

We were looking for a ‘special’ place for our parents’ anniversary where we could spend a few days together in a relaxed environment - Archontiko Petras 1821 was the best find! We spent a wonderful few days in this beautiful home with our extended family. Our hosts were most helpful and their recommendations for beaches and restaurants made our stay even more special. We did ask for breakfast in the mornings, which was an absolute feast. We do recommend this lovely place, where you will be very much looked after.

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at the Villa Molova. The property is very comfortable with lots of character and fantastically located a short walk from the centre of Molyvos, the harbour and the beach. There is plenty of great outdoor space with the option of sun or shade. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the terrace and spending time swimming in and relaxing by the pool taking in the breath taking views. The village has a great choice of places to eat, all that we sampled with delicious food and many with fabulous sea views. The owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome as did all the people we met in Molyvos. Overall, it is a lovely friendly place to stay and we highly recommend it.

We had a great time staying at the house, there was plenty of room for our family and friends. Everyone involved in our stay was super friendly and helpful. The house is as lovely as it looks in the photos, very clean and very spacious, we particularly enjoyed the garden shade under the trees. The Tropicana taverna in the square has lovely food and a great atmosphere, although being so close it can occasionally be a little noisy till 12 at night but that wasn't a problem for us at all, and it is only happy conversation, not loud music. We are definitely planning on visiting again and really enjoyed our stay and the town of Molivos.

Visiting this home is a richer experience than merely looking at the photographs of it. The description is modest compared to the lovely experience I had. There was an abundance of clean towels, sheets, etc. and I received replacement clean towels over my stay here. The location of this home could not have been more perfect, just a few steps from the small port in Molyvos and its charming restaurants and gift shops. The mornings and afternoons were spent either in our private pool enjoying the cool sea breeze or sipping a glass of wine overlooking the Aegean. If you like small inspiring details in your vacation home, this is the place for you...From the beautiful ceiling lights, to the drawings and paintings on the walls, it's no wonder I wanted to stay longer. I know how this is the perfect summer home, but, with its corner fireplace and cozy furnishings, I pictured visiting in the winter to watch the rain fall on the shingled rooftops and sea below, while a fire burns in the fireplace. Definitely a place to revisit again and again. This is a home where memories are made.
