This location can’t be beat. This recently remodeled, light-filled apartment sits right next door to the historic Hotel Winneshiek.
The sunny great room has floor to ceiling bay windows, looking out over bustling Water street but the cozy bedroom is tucked away in the back with a well-appointed queen-sized bed.
Pop in to pick up the locals’ favorite Pizza from Mabe’s right next door for a movie night in or walk less than 2 blocks to world class dining at La Rana or Blazing Star. Start your mornings off with coffee and yoga right across the street at Impact Coffee. Life on Water Street is sweet.
The apartment is at the top of a long stairway so guests must be able to manage stairs.
In the building we also have a second property, a larger 2 bedroom apartment, Check out our other listing to rent both units together, making this a great choice for those wishing to host a large group.
