Very much enjoyed our stay, The house was perfect for our family vacay. Well stocked and loved the pool and short walk to the beach! The host was awesome and made sure all was well! It was nice having the pool for everyone to play in and a nice outside grill. Enjoyed sitting on the porch swing at night just listening to the beach!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The open floor plan,large well-equipped kitchen, extra fridge by pool, the heated pool, each of the 5 bedrooms with its own bathroom, balconies on both sides of house with views of ocean and marsh, proximity to beach, large covered outdoor areas, great driveway that held all of our vehicles, (shall I go on?), made preparations for my youngest son’s wedding so much easier. And we discovered that the end of the island with the jetty was the perfect setting for the wedding. Great home and hope to be back for a longer stay in the future!

We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years & this one is by far the best! Spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need — seriously, the house is so well stocked. Beds are comfy and the bedrooms have blackout shades which is a rarity but also a necessity at the beach. The pool was perfect for our crew, plenty of chairs & two umbrellas to help provide shade. Plenty of seating inside & on the porches too. The hosts are also so wonderful to work with & very responsive — we had trouble with the code & were able to reach them immediately. 10/10, no notes — we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful experience! The host is very thoughtful and easy to contact if needed. The place was spectacular and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a top 10 for our family and we can’t wait to come back.

Making memories is true to the name. The home is beautiful and provides for everything you need for your vacation. Each room has enough space and a comfortable bed as well as an individual bathroom. There is outdoor space on the porches with seating with incredible views to enjoy as well. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need if you like to cook while away, which we do. They even have a small air fryer! The beach is a short, easy walk away. Coming back and being able to enjoy the pool was fun for our family. There is a grill and refrigerator and plenty of seating by the pool.The communication with the hosts was excellent. We have been coming to OIB for 15 years and have never found a home we would return to until now. Mike and Cindy have thought of all the details and their attention to hospitality is clear.We had a tremendous week and are so thankful to be have been in our favorite place, worry free in an amazing home.

Great beach house!

We had a great stay at this home! Great beach access, wonderful pool area with lots of shade, and great layout for our family of 10. Comfy beds, everything you need in the house, and a responsive host. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect house for family

Best experience we have ever had, Mike and Cindy are the perfect host they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with families. The pool area was so great for our family swims

We loved this house! Clean and spacious with a private pool and only a 2 minute walk from beach! The owners are wonderful and got back to us right away when we had a question. 3 very comfortable king beds! The water was the perfect temperature and beach not crowded.

Amazing home and great hosts!

We visited this home with our family of 10 and had a blast. The 3 king masters and two bunk rooms were perfect for our family and allowed everyone to have big sleeps after long days at the beach! Kitchen was well stocked and you can hear and see the ocean from the deck, we hope to return soon!

Beach House

Beautiful home with all the amenities that’s great for a large group. Pool was lovely and short walk to the beach access. Host was very accessible and accommodating! Will stay again! Beer fridge downstairs is awesome!

Family Beach Week

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the house and really enjoyed our time by the ocean and the pool. Can't wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time! The house is under new ownership and the new owners did everything they could to communicate any changes ahead of time. The house was wonderful, a short walk from the beach. Love this location and are excited for future family vacations here!
