About this property
Peaceful living, Close to town
A beautifully kept, ranch style, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on just under 2 acres. There is a formal living room, and a family room both just off the fully furnished kitchen. All in a single story space.
Outside there is a large covered patio with a propane fire table, large dining table, grilling options, and a wood burning fire pit. Just off the patio and across the lawn is an 18'x34' swimming pool with a deck for another lounging/entertaining area.
It's an easy drive down Main St./Franklin Blvd. to U of O campus. We're 2 hours from Bend, 1 1/2 hours to Portland, and 1 hour to Florence on the Oregon coast.
