Sea Otter (formerly known as Sandbug)

Superb craftsmanship abounds in this bright and cozy tiny home in Tiny Tranquility park looking out onto a stunning Evergreen perimeter. Relax after a day at the beach on some cozy chairs and a sitting area that doubles as a full bed. Enjoy the wood burning stove inside or watch the stars at night from the deck. Cooking galore in a full kitchen, with four burner gas stove, fridge and plenty of countertop. Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.
This tiny is located in Tiny Tranquility park, home to over 40 tiny homes - and just a 5 minute walk to miles of pristine ocean beaches. Within the park, you'll have access to our Doug Fir lodge with ping pong, pool table, darts, board games, a TV area, free laundry after 7 pm, a fitness room and an outdoor eating and grilling area. We've also now opened our Redwood Commons with a large second story great room with ocean views, a beautiful sitting area, full kitchen and an outdoor deck. Walk around the property and check out our dog park, greenhouse with community garden and a large field to run your dogs or the kids. We're 2 miles from Waldport, 5 miles North of Yachats and a 20 minute drive to Newport. also have access to: our Doug Fir Lodge with pool table, ping pong, darts, TV room with 65" flat screen and a fitness room; a wood burning stove and outdoor eating and grilling area; our large enclosed dog park; and our Redwood Commons featuring a large great room with ocean views and an outdoor deck


This tiny home is located in site 13, which is tucked into a little cul de sac at the Southwestern portion of the park. Upon entry to the park, take the first right past the Redwood Commons and continue to the end of that row of tiny homes and then turn left and a quick jog to the right.
